Vitakey Review: Confirm the Plan Before Prepaying
Vitakey publishes different GLP-1 plan details. Confirm the selected offer, upfront and renewal charges, and refundable medication costs before paying.
On this page
Vitakey needs a written offer before it can receive a value recommendation. Its homepage and treatment catalog contain different GLP-1 plan prices, while its refund policy promises an unshipped medication-cost refund rather than an unconditional return of every payment. Those two questions belong together before a three-month purchase.
GLP-1 Scorecard reviewed Vitakey's public pages on October 25, 2026, including the homepage and treatment catalog on desktop and mobile. We confirmed the prices displayed there, without entering checkout or testing whether a selected plan could be purchased. We did not enroll, submit medical details, contact support or receive treatment. This is an ungraded investigation.
Two sets of prices need one clear quote
The homepage displays semaglutide three-month totals of $279 for Microdose and $415 for Macrodose. Tirzepatide counterparts are $515 and $605. The treatment catalog uses different labels and amounts: semaglutide Essentials at $275 or Premium at $325; tirzepatide Essentials at $425 or Premium at $515.
These are visible advertisements, not purchase quotes. We cannot establish which selected plan a clinician would offer you. We cannot determine whether similarly positioned tiers contain the same formulation, quantity or treatment. Ask Vitakey to identify the selected program, exact formulation, supply and total payment in one quote.
The catalog also displays a one-month choice: $175 for semaglutide and $279 for tirzepatide. We saw these prices after selecting that option on both screen sizes. The homepage instead presents three-month GLP-1 supplies.
A comparison needs the offer actually available to you, including clinical approval. Save the quote with the treatment description so the payment and prescription can be assessed together.

Check Peter MD availabilityA monthly equivalent can conceal a larger payment
The homepage's GLP-1 cards explicitly describe three-month supplies billed upfront. Dividing its listed totals by three gives monthly equivalents of $93 or approximately $138.33 for semaglutide, and $171.67 or $201.67 for tirzepatide. These calculations do not establish monthly installments, current checkout availability or the charge at renewal. Our six-month cost guide explains how to compare an upfront commitment with recurring monthly payments.
Before budgeting, obtain the amount due today, the number of shipments and how much usable medication each shipment contains. A three-month plan name does not establish a particular dose schedule or storage period. Ask what happens if the clinician changes the formulation or dose before all the supply is used. A lower allocated monthly figure has limited meaning until the actual prescription and delivery schedule are known.
An unshipped refund concerns medication cost
Vitakey's specific refund policy says medication that has not shipped is eligible for a full refund of the medication cost. Shipped medication is generally nonrefundable. It also says completed consultation fees are nonrefundable while the initial evaluation is free. Those statements do not give a dollar allocation for every component of a selected plan.
The general terms take an earlier boundary, describing completed evaluations, pharmacy transmission and compounding costs as generally nonrefundable. However, they explicitly give the more specific refund policy priority on refund and cancellation mechanics. We would read that priority alongside the medication-cost promise, rather than assume the general clause automatically defeats it.
Request an example using your quoted payment: what amount comes back before shipment, and what services can be deducted? Someone considering a larger supply needs that calculation before paying. The policy says approved refunds typically take five to seven business days.
Approval and renewal are separate payment questions
The terms identify Vitakey's operator as Peptivo LLC, an administrative platform rather than the prescribing practice or pharmacy. Prescription-product charges follow provider approval, and the homepage advertises no payment if not prescribed. We did not test whether a card authorization is used or how quickly a released hold disappears.
Ask when money is held, when it is collected and what happens if the clinician recommends a different treatment. Medical approval should not be treated as approval of a particular purchase preference.
The homepage also promises no renewal price hikes. The terms say recurring price and frequency are disclosed at enrollment. Obtain the next charge date and amount rather than infer them from that promise. A rate can stay unchanged while the size or timing of the payment still differs from your expectation.
Canceling should produce a specific next-charge answer
The terms say cancellation stops future renewals when processed before the next billing date. It does not automatically refund an existing payment or cancel a prescription already sent to the pharmacy. Our cancellation checklist helps document which future payment has stopped and whether a separate refund request remains open.
The refund page describes cancellation taking effect at the end of the current cycle; the support page says dashboard pauses and cancellations take effect immediately. Those statements may distinguish processing from continued paid access. Ask for the practical result: whether the upcoming charge is stopped, when access ends and how confirmation is recorded.
No exact advance-notice buffer is established by these pages. The refund policy allows a pause of up to three months, but a pause should have a confirmed effect on billing and shipments before you rely on it.
Establish the medical and pharmacy identities
The public pages reviewed did not identify the clinician, treating practice or pharmacy that would handle a particular order. The terms describe independent licensed professionals, with eligibility dependent on location and clinical review. We have not independently verified an assigned clinician or dispensing license.
Request those legal names and locations before authorizing treatment. Our pharmacy verification guide explains how to check the actual dispensing entity. A general licensed-pharmacy statement cannot establish the identity or authorization of the pharmacy preparing your medication.
Also confirm the route, ingredients, concentration and quantity. The inspected treatment cards did not establish an administration route. Product imagery does not settle those details. Ask what laboratory work is required, whether it is included and how follow-up reaches the prescriber. Support messaging and a treatment timeline are not evidence that your particular clinical needs can be met.
Our recommendation: wait for an identifiable offer
Vitakey has enough public information to justify asking specific questions, but we cannot recommend its value from the different plan details. A shopper considering prepayment should first obtain the selected offer, prescription format, complete charge schedule and refundable allocation.
The decisive comparison is the treatment and financial commitment actually available to you. We would continue comparing services until Vitakey supplies those answers and identifies the responsible clinical and pharmacy entities. Neither a low monthly equivalent nor cancel-anytime wording resolves the present gaps.
