RNK Health Review: Price and Renewal Gaps
RNK Health advertises $197 semaglutide and $297 tirzepatide. Check its renewal amount, 72-hour cancellation rule and pharmacy fee wording before paying.
On this page
RNK Health advertises medication, clinician access and shipping together, with starting prices that are easy to compare. The harder question is what happens after enrollment: which amount renews, when cancellation must arrive, and whether a delayed refill stops the bill. Our recommendation is conditional. RNK deserves a closer look for its stated bundle and self-service account management, but a shopper should obtain a written renewal quote before submitting the intake.
What the advertised prices actually establish
The semaglutide page advertises a starting price of $197 per month and separately presents a $197 package covering a monthly medication supply, consultation and prescription, syringes, wipes and shipping. The tirzepatide page uses the same structure at $297 per month. These are advertised offers, rather than confirmed checkout totals or verified subsequent billing amounts.
Neither product page supplies a clear dose-by-dose price schedule or explains whether its displayed amount is introductory. The homepage says complete pricing appears during checkout. The public offer pages leave the actual renewal price unresolved. Neither headline establishes an amount that continues indefinitely.
Before comparing RNK with another program, request the first charge, next charge, billing interval and prescribed quantity in the same quote. A monthly medication description alone does not explain the total committed spend. Our monthly-cost guide helps put those figures on the same footing.

Check HumeCare+ availabilityThe bundle needs reconciliation with the terms
The product pages present shipping and injection supplies as included. The homepage also promotes medication and access to coaches and doctors together, and describes the program as self-pay without an insurance requirement. That is a useful starting point for someone who wants fewer separate bills.
However, RNK's September 2026 terms say its access fees are separate from product, dispensing or shipping fees that may be charged by or for a pharmacy. They also describe access terms that can be monthly, quarterly or annual. The distinction matters even if a particular advertised package ultimately combines these costs. Ask RNK to reconcile the selected offer with that provision and identify any charge outside the quoted price.
Do not assume that every lab, formulation or future dose is covered simply because the page uses an inclusive headline. Confirm what your approved prescription and selected payment term include. The useful document is an itemized offer attached to your enrollment, with an answer about later refills.
A refill form can be outstanding while billing continues
RNK's terms say a periodic refill or follow-up form may be required for the next shipment. Access stays active and access fees continue while that step is completed. Its privacy policy repeats that billing arrangement.
This is consequential for someone who wants to pause treatment, is waiting for a clinical answer or simply misses a questionnaire. An incomplete refill is not documented as an automatic billing pause. Treat the renewal date and the clinical refill task as separate responsibilities.
Ask how a pending provider review, an unavailable prescription or a requested pause affects the next debit. Keep the answer with the order confirmation. RNK may offer an acceptable arrangement, but the public wording gives no basis to assume that a month without a shipment is automatically free.
Cancellation has a 72-hour cutoff
RNK's June 2026 subscription policy requires cancellation to be received at least 72 hours before the next billing date to avoid that charge. It provides account-portal, email and phone routes, and promises a reminder seven days before rebilling. A late request takes effect at the end of the charged cycle.
That deadline gives practical meaning to the homepage's promise that customers can cancel or pause at any time. A request can be accepted while still arriving too late to prevent the next payment. Save the renewal reminder, submit the request early and retain confirmation. Our cancellation checklist explains what to keep when stopping a recurring program.
A satisfaction message is not a broad refund promise
The homepage mentions a satisfaction guarantee. The detailed policy makes subscription fees generally nonrefundable upon intake submission and excludes dissatisfaction with GLP-1 results. It provides an unused-portion refund exception following medical disqualification. Damaged, incorrect or undelivered medication generally receives replacement first; delivered-product claims require contact within seven days and photographs. Refunds are considered if replacement cannot be fulfilled.
Those conditions should shape the purchase decision before intake. Someone uncertain about committing should clarify how RNK calculates the unused portion after disqualification, including a first assessment that declines treatment. The public language does not establish a universal full-refund promise for every denial or a money-back trial based on weight loss.
Who provides care and medication?
RNK identifies its operator as RNK Health LLC. Its terms name OpenLoop Healthcare Partners and affiliated entities, alongside MD Integrations and affiliated professional entities, as possible clinical partners. The assigned entity depends on the service. The consent also says the treating professional may be a nurse practitioner or physician assistant and explains that compounded products are not FDA-approved.
The site's pharmacy contact details match the Springville location listed by Red Rock Compounding Pharmacy on its own contact page. That is a useful identity lead, not confirmation that Red Rock fills every RNK prescription. Request the actual dispensing location, formulation and state eligibility. Our pharmacy-verification guide covers the next checks.
Our recommendation
RNK could suit a self-pay shopper who values an advertised medication bundle and can manage renewals actively. Its published cancellation deadline is useful, and the pharmacy contact can be cross-checked. The outstanding obstacle is a dependable ongoing cost: the offer pages do not settle the renewal amount, and the terms leave room for separate pharmacy charges.
Proceed only after RNK confirms the recurring total, included dose and quantity, pharmacy assignment and refund treatment in writing. If predictable billing is your priority and those answers remain unclear, compare a provider that publishes them before intake.
