3.1 The Site is an independent, editorial comparison publication. Its content — including WeighScores, grades, rankings, articles, and tables — is provided for general informational purposes only and reflects our editorial opinion formed under our published methodology.

3.2 Nothing on the Site is professional, medical, financial, legal, or other advice, and it must not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional. Compounded GLP-1 medications are not FDA-approved finished drug products. Consult a licensed clinician before acting on anything you read on the Site.

4. Accuracy and provider facts

Pricing, states served, availability, and verification details reflect each provider's public disclosures at the time they were last graded and change frequently. You should confirm current details on the provider's own website. We make no warranty that any information is complete, current, or error-free.

5. Disclaimer of warranties (AS IS)

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GLP-1 Scorecard, its contributors, and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site or your reliance on its content, grades, or links, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Site links to third-party provider websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, products, pricing, privacy practices, or care delivered by any third party, and any transaction you enter into is solely between you and that third party. Inclusion of a link is not an endorsement.

8. Intellectual property

The WeighScore system, grades, text, graphics, and design of the Site are owned by GLP-1 Scorecard or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may link to the Site freely, but you may not copy, republish, or redistribute substantial portions of the content without our prior written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful, that infringes the rights of others, that interferes with the Site's operation or security, or that involves scraping, data mining, or automated access other than by standard search-engine crawlers acting in accordance with our published rules.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GLP-1 Scorecard and its contributors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
