Who writes this

Dana Whitfield, Editor. That is the vantage this scorecard is graded from: what a provider charges, how it bills, how it ships, and what it commits to in writing.

That background is the reason this site grades what it grades. Most GLP-1 comparisons rank on price alone. The six factors here — normalized cost, dosing options, clinical oversight, monitoring, fulfillment and contract terms — are the things that decide what a patient actually pays and actually receives over a year, and they are the things a distribution background makes legible.
