400 providers publish a monthly figure. This ledger sorts every one of them by price, lowest first, and prints its grade rank right beside its price rank — so the trade is on the row instead of buried in the copy.
What these prices are for
Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound and Mounjaro are FDA-approved brand medicines. Almost every figure below is compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide from a licensed pharmacy — no FDA review of safety, efficacy or quality, and not a generic, because no generic exists for either molecule. That regulatory difference is much of the price difference, so a cheap row on this ledger is not the brand at a discount. Rows filing a brand-name price are marked BRAND. - Rarely, and the ledger shows why. Cost value is the heaviest of our six graded dimensions at 25%, but it is still only 25 points of 100 — dose and formulation, clinical oversight, labs and monitoring, fulfillment and contract terms carry the other 75. Sunlight.com is the cheapest entry that also grades in the top half of the ranking on score alone: $88/mo, 85.4/100.
- How much does a GLP-1 cost per month without insurance?
- Across the 400 providers in our ranking that publish a figure, the lowest disclosed monthly price is $59 and the highest cheapest-line is $1,399. That is the compounded market paid in cash. FDA-approved brand products bought without insurance sit well above that range, and we hold no brand cash-price data to quote.
- Are these prices for Wegovy, Ozempic or Zepbound?
- Overwhelmingly no. Wegovy, Ozempic, Mounjaro and Zepbound are FDA-approved brand products from Novo Nordisk and Eli Lilly. Nearly every figure on this ledger is compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide from a licensed pharmacy — a different product with no FDA review of safety, efficacy or quality, and not a generic. - Why is a low-graded provider at the top of this page?
- Because the page is sorted by price, and by price only. Re-sorting a cheapest-first ledger to favor better-graded names would answer a question nobody asked. The grade rank sits in its own column so the trade is visible on every row rather than argued in the copy.
