What these prices are for
Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound and Mounjaro are FDA-approved brand medicines. Almost every figure below is compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide from a licensed pharmacy — no FDA review of safety, efficacy or quality, and not a generic, because no generic exists for either molecule. That regulatory difference is much of the price difference, so a cheap row on this ledger is not the brand at a discount. Rows filing a brand-name price are marked BRAND. The price ledger — every provider, cheapest first
Sorted on the lowest monthly figure each provider discloses on either molecule. This is a true price sort: several of the cheapest rows pay us nothing, and they lead anyway. Grade rank is pure WeighScore standing with no ordering adjustment applied, so the two columns can be read against each other honestly. The one provider publishing no price sits at the foot, named rather than dropped.

What the cheapest ten give up
Price rank against grade rank for the ten lowest figures on the board. A large positive gap means a provider prices far better than it grades — which is the honest definition of a budget option. A negative gap means the opposite, and those are the genuinely underpriced entries.

- Across the 36 providers on our board that publish a figure, the lowest disclosed monthly price is $49 and the highest cheapest-line is $249. That is the compounded market paid in cash. FDA-approved brand products bought without insurance sit well above that range, and we hold no brand cash-price data to quote.
- Are these prices for Wegovy, Ozempic or Zepbound?
- Overwhelmingly no. Wegovy, Ozempic, Mounjaro and Zepbound are FDA-approved brand products from Novo Nordisk and Eli Lilly. Nearly every figure on this ledger is compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide from a licensed pharmacy — a different product with no FDA review of safety, efficacy or quality, and not a generic. The regulatory gap is a large part of the price gap. Rows filing a brand-name price are marked BRAND.
- Why is a low-graded provider at the top of this page?
- Because the page is sorted by price and we did not put a thumb on it. Re-ordering a cheapest-first ledger to favour better-graded or better-paying names would answer a question nobody asked. The grade rank sits in its own column so the trade is visible on every row rather than argued in the copy.
