1. We may earn commissions from outbound links

1.1 Some of the outbound links on the Site are affiliate or referral links. When you follow one of these links and sign up with a provider, we may earn a commission or referral fee.

1.2 This comes at no additional cost to you. You pay the same price whether you reach a provider through our link or go to that provider directly.

2. Assume any provider we list may compensate us

To keep this clear and conspicuous rather than burying labels, you should assume that any provider we list may compensate us when you sign up through our links. We do not tag individual providers as “paid” or “unpaid”; this single blanket disclosure covers the entire Site. That revenue funds our grading work and keeps the scorecard free to read.

3. What compensation does and does not change

3.1 It does not change the WeighScore. The WeighScore is the weighted average of the same six factors, at the same published weights, for every provider — see our methodology. Those six factor scores are printed on every review page, so the headline number is arithmetic you can check rather than a figure you have to take on trust. A commercial relationship cannot add a single point to a factor score, a WeighScore, or a letter grade.

3.2 Where the money does show up is placement. Where a provider sits on the board is the thing our funding moves; the mark beside its name is not. We would rather print that than claim an independence we do not have.

3.3 What no arrangement changes is the write-up. An unflattering finding about a provider that pays us stays in the review, and where the evidence behind a claim is thin we say so — including for the providers we earn on. Every factor score is printed on the row, so a generous read of a weak provider is something you can catch us doing.

3.4 Compensation also never changes the price you pay a provider.

4. Editorial control

Our editorial judgment is our own. We grade every provider we review against the same published rubric, whether or not they compensate us, and we retain full control over the content, conclusions, and scores we publish. No provider reviews or approves our grades before publication, and no provider can buy a factor score.

5. The kinds of relationships we have

Our commercial relationships are limited to standard affiliate and referral partnerships, entered into either directly with providers or through affiliate networks. We are not a pharmacy, prescriber, or telehealth company, and we hold no relationship with any provider or manufacturer beyond these arm's-length affiliate arrangements.

6. Not medical advice

Grades are a research starting point, not a prescription or medical advice. Compounded GLP-1 medications are not FDA-approved finished drug products.
