PrescrYbe Review: Cancellation and Refunds
Examine PrescrYbe’s cancellation and refund policies before deciding whether to subscribe.
On this page
We would ask PrescrYbe for its renewal date, cancellation cutoff and complete quote before paying. Its terms place the recurring schedule and cutoff at checkout, where the selected commitment still needs confirmation.
A treatment menu does not define the bill
PrescrYbe lists semaglutide and tirzepatide. The pages reviewed did not establish a selected price, formulation or usable supply. Our six-month cost guide explains why a treatment name needs a payment schedule before it becomes a budget.
Establish the payment before judging the refund
Terms describe a cash-pay subscription bundling consultations, medication if prescribed and shipping. Payment authorization also covers applicable taxes. Insurance or HSA/FSA reimbursement is not guaranteed. They promise a full refund of program payments if a provider finds you ineligible after clinical review.
Two different seventy-two-hour clocks
The refund policy says membership begins after intake completion and first-month payment. Cancellation must be received at least seventy-two hours before renewal, at care@prescrybe.health or through the applicable account. Late notice leaves that cycle charged; cancellation takes effect the following cycle. Services continue through the paid cycle.
An early full refund requires notice within the first seventy-two hours of the subscription term, with no services received. Monthly cancellation otherwise gives no refund for current or prior months. Multi-month billing refunds months for which no medication shipped.
The policy promises refunds of charges following medical disqualification; its later-ineligibility FAQ says a refund may issue. It asks for immediate inspection on receipt and immediate support contact: damaged items may be replaced with evidence; incorrect items will be replaced. Confirm the later-disqualification refund.
Shipment and consent are separate questions
Medical consent considers an order dispensed when the pharmacy releases it for shipment, rather than at delivery. It states no return or refund after dispensing. Withdrawing consent does not reverse rendered services or dispensed medication; refund eligibility refers back to the refund policy. Our subscription cancellation guide separates stopping renewal from requesting an order refund.
Compare that cutoff with the refund policy’s damaged and incorrect-item remedies.
We would pause if the answer only confirms cancellation. Ask which future charge stops, whether the pharmacy has released the order and what refund remains available under the applicable policy.
Identify the practice and pharmacy
Terms identify PrescrYbe as a platform, with independent clinical partners including OpenLoop Health. Named partner pharmacies do not establish your dispensing facility. Ask for the actual practice and pharmacy; their assignment and credentials were not independently verified here.
Privacy belongs to the responsible service
The privacy policy separates platform practices from clinical and pharmacy notices. It says health-intake information is not used for advertising. We did not submit health details or test tracking. Confirm which practice holds your record and which notice applies.
