One80Rx Review: Resolve the Cancellation Deadline

Compare One80Rx’s cancellation wording and refund exceptions before requesting a complete treatment quote.

We would get One80Rx’s complete quote and cancellation deadline in writing before paying. Its starting price and cancel-anytime promise do not settle either question.

Ask what the starting amount buys

The homepage advertises plans from $129 a month. That does not identify your medicine, prescribed quantity, usable supply or recurring charge. Our six-month cost guide explains why a headline needs a payment schedule before it becomes a budget.

The site lists semaglutide and tirzepatide, but a menu is not a prescription. Ask which formulation would be supplied, who would dispense it and whether the quote includes the prescribed quantity.

The semaglutide FAQ advertises no consultation or dose-change surcharges. Confirm that those promises apply to your selected plan before treating the quote as an inclusive price.

The product FAQ gives thirty days

The semaglutide FAQ requires thirty days’ notice before the next billing cycle. It also describes consultations, medical visits and fulfilled prescriptions as nonrefundable once services begin or medication is processed.

Terms describe a different cutoff

Subscription terms permit turning off auto-refill until forty-eight hours before monthly processing. They describe an immediate charge and renewal every thirty days. Confirm which deadline governs your selected plan.

They separately allow a cancellation request within twenty-four hours of the initial order, only before provider-network receipt. Refund exceptions include an unshipped order or a provider declining a prescription. The timing of your particular order remains unresolved.

For damaged or wrong deliveries, terms request notice within forty-eight hours. That complaint window is distinct from the subscription cutoff.

Confirm who supplies the care

Terms identify One80Rx LLC as a platform, separate from independent clinical providers and pharmacies. Your assigned practice, prescriber and dispensing facility still need confirmation; this review does not independently establish their credentials.

Privacy needs its own questions

The privacy policy describes advertising-related disclosures that may constitute a sale or sharing under California law, with opt-out choices. Those provisions do not establish that clinical records are sold. Ask which practice holds your medical record and which notice governs it. We did not submit health information or test tracking.

The policy recognizes browser opt-out signals where required. Its privacy-request contact block lists (555) 000-0000, while the footer lists a different number. Confirm the correct privacy contact before sending records.

Our recommendation

We would pause if support cannot explain the cancellation deadline and the selected charge together. A shorter-sounding deadline is not a safe substitute for a plan-specific answer. Use our subscription cancellation guide to separate stopping renewal from disputing a current order.
