Vela Rx Review: Resolve the Cancellation Deadline
Vela Rx starts GLP-1 offers at $149, but cancellation wording differs across its terms and indexed FAQs. Confirm the renewal quote and care team.
On this page
Vela Rx has an appealing starting-price headline, but we would wait for a written quote and a consistent cancellation rule before recommending a purchase. The directly readable terms allow subscription cancellation up to 48 hours before processing. Indexed treatment FAQs describe 30 days' notice. That difference can determine whether another payment is due.
GLP-1 Scorecard checked public Vela Rx pages on October 25, 2026. We reviewed the terms and indexed excerpts of the treatment FAQs. We could not directly recheck those FAQs, so their cancellation wording remains unconfirmed. We did not enroll, enter checkout, test support or receive care. This is an ungraded investigation with those limits.
The starting price is not a renewal quote
The homepage shows semaglutide and tirzepatide injections from $149 per month, alongside comparison amounts of $199 and $269. Both cards list an online provider visit, prescription, home delivery and ongoing care. The display does not establish how long the lower price lasts or the charge for every dose and renewal.
Ask Vela to give the initial payment, second payment and ongoing price in dollars for your selected treatment. Confirm the quantity, dose coverage and whether any offer requires prepayment. Our six-month cost guide helps compare introductory prices with the cost of continuing treatment. A single first-month figure can be useful for discovery, but it is insufficient for deciding whether the program remains affordable.

C+HealthRX’s current injection plans disclose the first charge and renewal separately. The lowest monthly equivalents require a prepaid year; a monthly subscription offers a smaller initial commitment.
Check HealthRX availabilityGive the direct 48-hour rule priority when asking
The directly readable terms, dated June 1, 2026, describe immediate billing followed by charges every 30 days, a reminder five to seven days before the next transaction and cancellation by disabling auto-refill at least 48 hours before processing. That is the clearest directly available subscription wording we reviewed.
Indexed semaglutide and tirzepatide FAQs instead describe 30 days' cancellation notice. We could not confirm those product pages through a fresh direct read, so the indexed text may not represent their latest version. Ask which rule governs the particular offer and request a written answer that reconciles both. We would not assume either that the longer deadline has disappeared or that it overrides the direct contract. Save the policy supplied with your chosen purchase.
A prescription-order request has a separate clock
The terms allow a prescription-order cancellation request within 24 hours only if the provider network has not yet received the order. They deny refunds for dispensed or delivered medication while separately listing exceptions, including unshipped orders, prescribing rejection and certain product problems. Those clauses need to be read together.
The practical question is whether you are stopping future automatic payments, asking to stop the initial prescription order or reporting a fulfillment problem. Ask Vela how it distinguishes those situations and how the unshipped-order exception interacts with network receipt. Our cancellation checklist helps retain dates and confirmations. Do not treat the 24-hour wording as an unconditional period to change your mind; it contains an earlier handoff condition.
Establish when money moves after a rejection
The homepage advertises no payment if you are not approved. The terms' billing and refund provisions do not give a clear rejection-to-refund timetable. That leaves an important practical question for anyone deciding whether to authorize a card transaction.
Ask whether the first amount is held or collected, what happens if the clinician declines treatment and when funds become available again. Request the actual timing for your payment method. A marketing promise about eligibility does not explain the experience of a temporary hold or refund. Keep enough flexibility in your budget to assess the answer rather than assuming approval screening means no money will ever leave the account.
Identify the clinical practice and dispensing pharmacy
Vela's terms name TBF Supplements LLC as the platform operator and separate its role from independent clinicians and pharmacies. They also describe fulfillment through the platform's pharmacies rather than a pharmacy freely selected by the patient. The pages reviewed do not name the particular medical practice or pharmacy that would handle your care.
The contact page lists the company in Sheridan, Wyoming, with email and telephone support and weekday hours. An address and support channel do not identify your treating clinician. Ask for the medical practice, prescriber and dispensing pharmacy before authorizing an order. Our pharmacy verification guide explains how to check the actual dispensing entity. We have not completed independent license verification of an assigned team.
Match the offer to your location and follow-up needs
Vela's contact page qualifies service to the states where it operates and describes compounded treatment. An online offer should therefore be checked against your actual location and the prescribed formulation. A national-looking storefront does not settle whether a particular treatment is available to you.
Ask the clinician what medication is appropriate, why that formulation is being recommended, which laboratory tests are required and whether their cost is included. Establish how to obtain follow-up and what happens if a dose change makes the existing supply unsuitable. Ask for the concentration, quantity and pharmacy instructions rather than assuming every injection offer supplies the same course. The public material we reviewed does not settle a complete laboratory budget or a guaranteed clinical response time.
Our recommendation
Vela Rx is a candidate for further questions, with an affirmative value recommendation depending on clearer answers. The same starting price for two treatment cards is a reason to request a quote, not a basis for assuming equivalent treatment costs. The cancellation discrepancy is the first issue we would resolve.
Before deciding, obtain the continuing price, the applicable cancellation deadline and the names of the care and dispensing entities in one record. Someone comfortable reviewing those answers may find an offer worth comparing. Someone who needs predictable renewal terms immediately should continue comparing services while these details remain unresolved. We cannot assess the quality of clinical care or delivery from public marketing and contract text alone.
