EverPrime Review: Membership, Total Costs and the Exit Terms

EverPrime pairs GLP-1 treatment with optional membership. Compare combined prices, upfront commitments, cancellation deadlines and pharmacy questions.

On this page

EverPrime deserves a comparison if you want ongoing provider care and laboratory support alongside compounded GLP-1 injections. We would compare its standard treatment plan first, then decide whether the optional membership adds enough value. The advertised medication-only minimums—$115 for semaglutide and $180 for tirzepatide—belong to the longest member options and leave out the membership fee. They are not the total price of starting care.

For someone choosing between a short trial and a longer commitment, the most important unresolved number is the upfront payment. EverPrime's public pages explain the components more clearly than they explain how every prepaid term fits together. We would not choose the longest plan on the strength of its monthly equivalent alone.

Start with the combined price

The public product selectors offer one-, three-, six- and twelve-month labels. These are the displayed monthly estimates after selecting each duration, not verified checkout debits:

Semaglutide estimates

Start with the combined price
Selected durationStandard estimateMember medicine + $99 membership
1 month$249$150 + $99 = $249
3 months$237$138 + $99 = $237
6 months$224$125 + $99 = $224
12 months$214$115 + $99 = $214

Tirzepatide estimates

Start with the combined price
Selected durationStandard estimateMember medicine + $99 membership
1 month$329$230 + $99 = $329
3 months$313$214 + $99 = $313
6 months$296$197 + $99 = $296
12 months$280$180 + $99 = $279

At the shortest duration, adding membership brings the displayed medicine-plus-membership estimate to the same figure as the standard medicine price. The longest tirzepatide option has a one-dollar difference between the posted totals. Neither comparison settles visit charges, your actual initial payment or the selected membership term. Both product pages also describe medication delivery every four weeks, which should not be silently translated into calendar-month supply.

Membership and treatment are priced separately. The membership page says payment is upfront, but its billing example pairs a three-month medication purchase with a twelve-month membership charge. That example needs an answer before it can support a reliable budget. Use the six-month cost guide to compare the actual money due and the treatment it buys, rather than multiplying the smallest advertised number.

Membership should earn its place in the comparison

Core membership is advertised at $99 a month; Peak at $199, with a three-month commitment shown for Peak. Medication is extra. The membership FAQ includes provider and nutrition visits, while comparison cells describe some visit charges differently. Ask which visits are included in the plan you would actually buy.

The semaglutide page lists an initial video visit, ongoing care, six-month metabolic testing, supplies and shipping. Tirzepatide lists a video visit every ninety days and six-month metabolic testing. Both advertise the same price at every dose. Those features are worth comparing with a bare medication quote, but they remain advertised arrangements rather than care we experienced.

Required-lab coverage has a state exception: the membership FAQ says patients in New York, New Jersey and Rhode Island receive a $50 offset because EverPrime cannot pay directly for that testing. Obtain the applicable lab charge before treating testing as a zero-cost benefit.

Canceling renewal does not recover every prepayment

The shipping policy asks for notice at least twenty-four hours before the next billing date to skip or cancel a shipment. It also says an order can be canceled before it is sent to the pharmacy, while preparation that has started cannot be canceled or refunded. Get the order's status as well as the next billing date; an approaching renewal and a prescription already in preparation are different problems.

The membership FAQ describes both prepaid membership and treatment payments as nonrefundable. It says membership benefits continue through the prepaid membership term after cancellation. A separate answer preserves member medication pricing through the final scheduled shipment of the prepaid care plan; future medication orders then use the applicable nonmember price. These are different end points, so ask for both dates. The general terms provide automatic renewal unless canceled before the next cycle. Our subscription cancellation guide explains how to keep confirmation for each agreement.

The shipping policy separately allows cancellation before pharmacy submission and promises a full refund if a provider determines treatment is inappropriate. Those provisions do not clearly agree with the membership FAQ’s broader nonrefundable-payment wording. Prescription returns are not accepted. We would obtain a written answer about which policy and exceptions govern the selected payment before committing; these pages do not establish an assured refund of an unused balance.

A shared operator does not make this the same offer

EverPrime's terms, effective September 16, 2026, identify Enhance.MD LLC as the operator covering both brands. The privacy policy uses the same platform identity. Its named medical groups are Enhance Wellness PC, EnhanceMD CA PC and iThriveMD PC; the terms distinguish those independent practices from the platform.

The Enhance MD review examines that storefront's offer. It should not supply EverPrime's price, benefits or score by default. An existing business relationship is useful identity information, but your treating practice, clinician and prescription still need their own confirmation.

Identify the pharmacy that will fill your prescription

The terms' opening pharmacy list and contact section do not line up neatly. Vios appears in the opening list, while a Honeybee contact links to Vios; a Wells contact links to TruMedsRx. These inconsistencies make an actual facility name and address more useful than a partner logo.

EverPrime's FAQ says the dispensing pharmacy varies by treatment and location. Request the assigned facility, then use the pharmacy verification guide for the relevant board check. We have not verified a patient-specific assignment or that dispenser's current authority for a particular destination.

Follow-up matters more than the size of the menu

The FAQ describes Quest testing when appropriate and provider-led treatment decisions. The About page names Erik Stark as medical director and advertises continuing support. Those disclosures provide people and arrangements to ask about; they do not establish who would answer your symptom question or when that person would respond.

The broader catalog includes lower-dose tirzepatide, metformin and treatments outside weight management. More choices do not establish a better option for an individual. State availability also varies by treatment, so confirm the proposed prescription for where you live rather than relying on a general national brand presence.

Included two-day priority transport begins after shipment, excluding medical review, testing and pharmacy preparation. The shipping policy does not guarantee an arrival date. It asks patients to report damaged, incorrect or missing orders within forty-eight hours, and to contact support before using medication that arrives warm, frozen or damaged.

Our recommendation

EverPrime's combination of care, labs and optional membership is worth a closer look. We would favor a commitment that fits the actual upfront budget and offers a clear route to clinical help. A longer term should earn its place through useful benefits and a workable exit, not just a lower medication-only headline.

Before choosing, get one written breakdown covering the first payment, renewal amount, membership end date, included visits and dispensing pharmacy. If the membership term or nonrefundable balance remains unclear, the shorter treatment option is the more understandable comparison—not a guarantee of a particular refund or treatment outcome.

Compare the current EverPrime offer with the written payment schedule before choosing a plan.

GLP-1 Scorecard assessed public offer and policy pages on October 28, 2026. We did not enroll, buy medication or test the service. This is a publisher assessment of the offer, not a patient account or an individual treatment recommendation.

Frequently asked questions

Is EverPrime semaglutide $115 a month in total?

The $115 figure is the medication component of the longest member option. Its public selector adds $99 membership and shows a $214 monthly estimate. The actual prepaid debit and membership term still need confirmation.

Is EverPrime membership required?

The membership page says it is optional and medicine is priced separately. Compare the actual charges and included visits for the selected treatment and membership before deciding.

How much cancellation notice does EverPrime require?

The shipping policy asks for twenty-four hours before the next billing date. It separately places a cancellation/refund boundary at pharmacy preparation. Confirm both the next charge and the status of an existing prescription.

Are EverPrime and Enhance MD unrelated companies?

EverPrime terms identify Enhance.MD LLC as the operator covering both brands. Their current storefront offers should still be assessed separately rather than sharing a price or score automatically.
