Hone Health Review: Liraglutide Costs and Membership
Hone’s liraglutide starts at $160 plus Premium membership. Compare the $315 starting combination, vial supply, testing costs and separate cancellation requests.
On this page
Hone Health merits a closer look for someone who wants laboratory testing and physician consultations alongside a daily GLP-1 option. Its advertised compounded liraglutide starts at $160 a month, plus membership. The Premium label matters: the relevant published membership is $155 a month, making $315 the starting combination before initial testing and any additional charges. That is a comparison starting point, not a confirmed maintenance-dose invoice.
GLP-1 Scorecard reviewed Hone’s public product and policy pages on October 25, 2026. We did not create an account, submit medical information, buy testing, receive medication or use its clinicians. This ungraded investigation focuses on the cost and care arrangement a shopper can establish before enrolling.
The $160 headline needs a supply check
Hone’s product page describes compounded liraglutide as a daily injection, labels it Premium Tier and discloses that the preparation is not FDA-approved. This is the product behind the quoted starting medication price. The page does not establish what an individual patient receives at that price.
A separate dosing guide supplies an important detail: it describes a 7.5 mL vial containing 45 mg at 6 mg/mL, with a listed daily maintenance dose of 3 mg. Simple division gives 15 days from that vial at that dose, before any waste or discard instruction. This is a quantity calculation, not dosing advice or proof that Hone ships only one vial per order. It is why the next question should be how many vials the quoted charge buys at your prescribed dose.
Request the medication quantity, usable supply and refill amount together. Our vial-label guide explains why milligrams, concentration and volume need to agree. A monthly price cannot settle those details by itself.

The public comparison lists Premium at $155 per month plus medication, with a $65 initial test. Basic costs $25 per month but limits treatment access to products marked Basic; it is not an established cheaper route to this Premium-labeled liraglutide. The public page describes Premium retesting and clinician meetings every three months, plus care-team messaging.
The men’s and women’s Premium payment disclosures both describe a $1,860 annual clinical program, paid in twelve installments and cancelable anytime. Neither includes medication. Both promise the initial $155 membership fee back if the physician determines after consultation that treatment is inappropriate. That is a specific membership refund promise, not a promise to return every testing charge.
Ask for an itemized first payment and the next two scheduled charges. Keep the initial test distinct from the ongoing membership and prescription. Our six-month cost guide helps compare those separate expenses over a useful treatment horizon.
Testing is part of the appeal, but confirm the extras
Hone’s membership FAQ says the testing pathway affects the starting cost and that confirmatory tests can be billed separately. Its discussion of required confirmatory testing specifically concerns men being evaluated for testosterone or other hormone-based treatment. It should not be turned into a claim that every liraglutide patient needs a second paid test. The same FAQ says medication pricing depends on dosage and modality and requires explicit patient approval before charging.
Before purchasing diagnostics, establish which tests your proposed pathway requires, which are included and what happens financially if testing produces no suitable prescription. Broader testing may be useful to someone seeking a wider consultation, but more measurements do not by themselves establish that the care fits a particular weight-management need. Ask how results will change the clinician’s recommendation and what continuing monitoring is necessary for the proposed treatment.
Stopping treatment requires two separate requests
The cancellation policy, updated October 23, 2026, separates membership from prescription orders. Membership cancellation uses a form and is recorded as effective when submitted, even if processing takes one or two business days. It promises refunds for subsequent membership charges and excludes partial-month refunds. Canceling membership does not automatically stop pending medication; canceling medication does not stop membership.
Prescription refunds are less straightforward. The policy says an unprocessed order qualifies for a full refund, then describes possible eligibility when the charge is under 48 hours old and pharmacy processing has not occurred. Processed or shipped orders cannot be canceled or refunded. This wording does not establish an unconditional 48-hour cooling-off period. Medication charges can occur about a week before the previous shipment runs out.
If leaving, submit the membership request and separately contact support about every pending and future prescription order. Save both confirmations and the submission times. Our cancellation checklist provides a practical record to keep.
Payment authorization is another timing question
The recurring-card consent requires at least 15 days’ notice to revoke payment authorization. That is a different action from submitting a membership cancellation, and the public wording does not explain how the two operate together near a scheduled debit. Ask Hone to confirm which request stops each upcoming charge rather than treating the authorization notice as a universal membership cancellation deadline.
There is also a distinction between when cancellation is recorded and when access ends: the September membership FAQ describes cancellation at the end of the current billing period, while the newer cancellation policy records the request at submission. Obtain the final access date and confirmation of the next debit separately. Membership can continue billing even during a month without medication, according to the FAQ.
Named practices help, but the dispenser remains a question
Hone’s terms identify Time Therapeutics, Inc. as the administrative and technology operator. They name Broad Health P.A. and several affiliated practices, including Broad Health of NC, P.C., as the medical groups. North Carolina’s medical board lists Broad Health of NC, P.C. among active corporations, with approval dated February 21, 2022. That corroborates a corporate registration, not an individual clinician’s license, prescribing decision or quality of care.
The official NPPES directory also returns Broad Health, P.A., NPI 1568107811, with a record last updated March 14, 2023. An NPI is an identifier, not a current medical license. Ask which practice and clinician will treat you, then verify that clinician for your state. We did not establish the dispensing pharmacy’s legal name and address from the reviewed materials.
Hone permits an outside pharmacy and says membership continues while that pharmacy bills medication directly. Confirm that the pharmacy can prepare the exact prescription and supplies; our pharmacy verification guide helps check the actual dispensing identity. Hone also says it does not handle insurance prior authorizations.
Our recommendation turns on the written prescription quote
Hone’s liraglutide price deserves consideration when the broader membership services are something you actually want. Before enrolling, settle three practical questions: how much medication each charge supplies, who dispenses it and how both recurring arrangements end. A shopper seeking medication alone should weigh the continuing membership against the value they expect from testing and consultations.
The help center also contains a Zepbound information article. Educational material does not establish a current patient-specific offer or price, and the liraglutide quote should not be reused as a tirzepatide or semaglutide quote. We would continue comparing until Hone supplies a complete prescription-specific budget and pharmacy identity. The public information supports further inquiry, while leaving the actual care experience and final order unverified.
