Our take

We would hold off on Pinnacle Atlas until it provides a complete quote and a clear cancellation deadline. Its pages disagree on both the starting price and the notice required to stop another charge.

Featured provider

CoreAge Rx

B+89.5

Advertises pricing across doses with no membership fee, but starting-price displays and FAQ payment/refund promises need to be reconciled with the selected plan and refund policy.

MyDrHank advertises compounded tablets and injections, but its GLP-1 landing page and separate product pages show different starting prices; get one written offer before choosing a term.

Which starting price applies to your prescription?

The homepage advertises $149 to start per month, while its sticky offer shows $139 per month. Neither display identifies a complete selected prescription bill. The semaglutide page advertises flat pricing without separate consultation charges or dose-change surcharges. Ask for the medication, supply, first charge and next charge together; do not choose the lower headline and assume it covers the plan you want.

A quote also needs the number of days supplied and any applicable laboratory, shipping or tax charges. Our six-month cost guide shows why a monthly label cannot replace a payment and supply schedule. If the answers change with the selected prescription, compare that actual offer.

The cancellation instructions disagree

The semaglutide and tirzepatide FAQs say memberships may be canceled with thirty days' notice before the next billing cycle. The terms instead describe turning off auto-refill up to forty-eight hours before monthly processing. They also authorize an immediate charge for a recurring monthly order and further charges every thirty days.

Those deadlines could require action weeks apart. Ask which rule applies to your purchase and save that answer with the agreement. Our cancellation guide helps separate the notice deadline, accepted cancellation method and confirmation that another charge has stopped.

A pending order has a separate refund question

The terms allow a cancellation request within twenty-four hours of the initial order only if the provider network has not received it. They also list an unshipped order among refund grounds, alongside a declined prescription and specified product problems. Dispensed or delivered medication is nonrefundable under the stated policy.

That wording needs a purchase-specific answer. Do not assume that being inside twenty-four hours guarantees a refund, or that stopping auto-refill cancels medication already being processed. Before paying, ask when the order becomes final and what amount would be returned if treatment is declined or you withdraw before shipping.

Ask for the clinical and pharmacy names

Pinnacle's footer identifies Pinnacle Atlas LLC as the platform and distinguishes it from the independent clinicians and compounding pharmacies providing treatment. Its treatment pages describe consultation-dependent care, partner compounding and delivery. The platform name alone is not the name of the business filling your prescription.

Get the medical practice, treating clinician and intended dispensing pharmacy identified, along with confirmation that they can serve you in your state. Our pharmacy verification guide explains how to check the dispensing location before relying on a general pharmacy-partner statement.

Our recommendation is to hold off until the quote and exit terms agree. If Pinnacle provides those answers clearly, compare the resulting offer on its own merits. Until then, we would not commit.
