Evergreen Telehealth Review: Price the Commitment Before Joining
Evergreen Lean advertises a $159 starting price, minimum terms and a seven-day refill cutoff. We examine the commitment, care roles and refund limits.
On this page
Before choosing Evergreen Lean, ask what you would still owe if you stopped after the first shipment. Even its month-to-month option has a two-month minimum. We would favor the shortest available commitment until the prescription and full bill are clear.
The $159 floor comes with a commitment
Evergreen advertises Lean from $159 a month. It describes consultation, a personalized protocol, prescription, medication management, shipping and ongoing monitoring. Its inclusion list also names prescribed compounded medication shipped every two months. Pricing varies by medication and commitment; a month-to-month plan has a two-month minimum, while six- and twelve-month plans are paid upfront.
That makes a monthly headline a poor substitute for the amount due today. Request the full debit and medication quantity before choosing a longer plan. Our six-month cost guide explains how an upfront payment changes a short trial's budget.

Oak
COak advertises compounded semaglutide from $119 and tirzepatide from $185 per month on twelve-month plans; compare the actual payment schedule and discount repayment terms before choosing a longer commitment.
Check Oak availabilityChoose a treatment route before comparing prices
Lean lists injectable semaglutide and tirzepatide, as well as Foundayo and Wegovy tablets. Its FAQ describes the program as cash-pay without insurance; additional protocols cost extra. The page says availability varies by state and product, and an assessment does not guarantee a prescription. Ask which medicine and quantity the selected price covers.
Match the offer to the medicine the clinician proposes. Our Wegovy tablets versus Foundayo comparison explains why the exact tablet matters; the program’s compounded-medication inclusion list does not settle a branded-tablet bill.
Keep the plan's inclusions with the quote
The terms say the checkout bundle identifies included components and any specified medication quantity or dose. Unlisted labs and new add-ons are extra. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current fee unless canceled.
Evergreen and the medical practice have different jobs
The terms identify ConsultRX LLC, doing business as Evergreen Telehealth, as the administrative and technology company. Clinical decisions and the patient-provider relationship belong to NVP Medical Group and its providers.
The consent permits pharmacy choice and says some available medicines may be compounded. We have not established an assigned dispensing pharmacy or independently checked its license. Once a facility is named, our pharmacy verification guide explains the checks that a network description cannot replace.
Cancel before the refill cutoff
Cancellation stops the next term, not the current paid commitment. The terms require notice at least seven days before renewal. A later request still prevents renewal, but triggers the nonrefundable cost of a refill already dispensed for shipment. Current-term fees are generally nonrefundable, with refills continuing through that paid term.
This distinction matters more than a broad promise that you can cancel anytime. Set a reminder before that cutoff and retain the request; our cancellation guide separates stopping renewal from canceling a pharmacy order.
A refund depends on why treatment stops
The refund policy makes fees final once an order is processed, prescribed or shipped, subject to stated exceptions. A completed clinical assessment remains chargeable regardless of its outcome. Medical inability to continue may qualify for an unshipped-medication refund case by case. If Evergreen or NVP cannot fulfill or ship medication, the policy promises a refund of the amount paid for that unshipped medicine; it does not extend that promise to unrelated charges.
Know how the service responds
The consent says encounters and in-app messages are not monitored around the clock. A live video visit may be requested when available; the required consultation format depends on state law.
The company privacy policy distinguishes Evergreen's own information handling from the medical group's policy. It says Evergreen itself is not a HIPAA covered entity or business associate. That is not a finding about the treating practice's separate obligations.
Keep comparing if insurance billing or a one-month trial is essential. The published cash-pay model and minimum term do not fit those priorities. This assessment covers public offers and policies checked October 29, 2026. We did not enroll, test response times or receive treatment.
