Longevity Meds Review: The Three-Month Commitment
Longevity Meds advertises monthly GLP-1 prices, but requires a three-month term. Examine refund cutoffs, guarantee conditions and pharmacy partners.
On this page
Longevity Meds deserves a careful commitment check before its starting monthly price becomes part of your budget. Its payment policy requires a three-month weight-loss term, including when billing is split into installments. We would not choose it as a short trial based on cancel-anytime language or the weight-loss guarantee.
GLP-1 Scorecard reviewed the company's public storefront, payment policy, guarantee, partner disclosures and state restrictions on October 25, 2026. We did not enroll, complete checkout, contact clinicians or receive medication. This ungraded investigation evaluates the advertised arrangement and identifies the answers still needed for a purchase decision.
Get a quote for the entire term
The storefront advertises semaglutide starting at $144.99 and tirzepatide at $184.99, with monthly-price language and no membership fee. A starting figure does not establish the total charged today, which dose it covers or whether you qualify for that offer. Ask for an itemized quote for the actual three-month program.
Have the quote distinguish the total obligation from each scheduled payment. Include medication, clinical review, supplies, shipping and any required testing. Ask what happens to the total if your prescribed dose changes. Our six-month cost guide helps compare the same length of treatment across monthly and prepaid services. Do not assume a low advertised monthly number creates an option to purchase only one month.

Check RxSpan MD availabilityInstallments still carry a three-month obligation
The payment policy says weight-loss programs have a mandatory three-month term, with the full supply provided upfront. Early cancellation triggers an unspecified termination fee; installment customers remain responsible for the commitment. That qualification matters more to a hesitant buyer than a general ability to turn off a subscription.
Request the termination calculation in dollars before accepting the plan. Use a concrete example: if you stop after the first payment, what remains due, and is that amount different if the clinician stops treatment? Ask how future renewals work after the first term ends. The reviewed policy does not provide a fee amount that lets us calculate your exit cost. We would leave that cost unknown rather than estimate it from the starting price.
A refund depends on the stage of the order
Before consultation completion, a cancellation refund is discretionary. After consultation and prescription approval, transmission to the pharmacy makes the current order final. Physician rejection receives a full refund. The policy also lists a $150 prescription-change charge after transmission and a separate $150 fee for reshipping after an address error. These are the company's stated conditions, not an assessment of their legal enforceability.
Before authorizing the process, settle medication questions with the clinician and check delivery details carefully. Ask how you can see whether approval or transmission has occurred. Stopping the next renewal and reclaiming the present payment are different requests. Our cancellation checklist helps document both. Do not assume that having no parcel in hand means the order can still be refunded.
The guarantee requires a completed treatment period
The 90-day guarantee concerns no net weight reduction after 90 consecutive treatment days. It requires adherence, check-ins, verifiable starting and final weights, and a claim within 30 days after completion. Inability to finish because continuing treatment becomes medically inappropriate can exclude eligibility, subject to applicable law. It is therefore narrower than an ordinary satisfaction refund.
If the guarantee influences your decision, ask how to establish an acceptable starting weight before treatment begins, how often updates are required and which fees are eligible for repayment. Keep the instructions and required records together. Do not rely on an outcome guarantee to offset a payment you could not otherwise afford. Clinical suitability and tolerability remain separate from the paperwork needed for a commercial refund claim.
Named partners help start the pharmacy check
Longevity Meds names MD Integrations as its medical provider network and The Pharmacy Hub in Miami and Greenwich RX in Tomball as pharmacy partners. Those names give shoppers something concrete to ask about, but they do not establish who will prescribe or dispense for a particular order. We have not independently verified the assigned clinicians or pharmacy licenses.
Request the medical practice's full name, your clinician's identity and the actual dispensing pharmacy. Use our pharmacy verification guide once that assignment is known. Ask which ingredients and concentration will be prescribed, what quantity is supplied and who answers medication questions. A network list should lead to an identifiable care team rather than serve as a substitute for one. Clarify who manages your records if you later transfer care.
State coverage and the remaining unknowns
The state policy says MD Integrations does not provide obesity or weight-loss care in Louisiana and supports only branded weight-loss medication in Mississippi, excluding compounded weight-loss treatment there. Broad medical-network coverage does not settle availability of the specific program you want.
Confirm treatment eligibility for the state where you will receive care, particularly before committing to three months. We also could not obtain the full Terms of Use through our page-retrieval method. The reviewed pages did not settle the full merchant legal entity, exact first and renewal charges, termination-fee amount, laboratory costs or a guaranteed clinical response standard. Ask for the complete agreement and purchase-specific answers. A retrieval limitation does not establish that the business lacks terms or that service is unavailable.
Who should consider Longevity Meds?
A buyer already comfortable with a three-month commitment may find the published starting prices worth investigating. Named partners and a detailed guarantee provide more specific questions to pursue. Someone seeking a low-risk month of treatment, an uncomplicated satisfaction refund or an immediately calculable exit cost should compare other arrangements before committing.
Our recommendation is to obtain the full term total, early-exit calculation and dispensing assignment together. If those answers are clear and the clinician recommends an appropriate plan, the offer can be compared on its actual obligations. Until then, neither the monthly price nor the guarantee establishes the financial protection a new patient might expect.
