Vyvron, Checked but Not Graded: Thirteen Charges a Year, and No Monthly Tirzepatide

Vyvron (vyvron.com) is the newest company in the group of seven we checked in August 2026, and the one whose pricing table needs the most translation before a reader can use it. Two of its three weight-loss tiers are not monthly plans at all, and the one that is does not bill monthly. None of that makes it a bad program — the clinical layer underneath it is the strongest thing about this company — but it does mean every published figure has to be restated before it means anything. There is no WeighScore on this page and no board position; nothing on this site is graded until it has been through all six dimensions of our methodology.

The unit is not a month

The fine print on Vyvron's own weight-loss program reads $199 per four weeks, billed every four weeks, auto-renewing until you cancel. Elsewhere on the same site, the same plan is described as treatment from $199 a month.¹

Four weeks is not a month. A four-week cycle bills 13 times in a year, not 12. At the $199 rung that is $2,587 a year rather than the $2,388 a reader doing the obvious multiplication would arrive at — a $199 difference that appears nowhere on any page, because the extra charge is not a fee, it is a thirteenth month that the calendar does not have. This is precisely the failure mode what compounded GLP-1 costs per month is about: the cadence, not the sticker, is where an offer quietly changes size.

There is no monthly tirzepatide plan

This is the finding that would keep Vyvron off a tirzepatide board entirely. The company sells three weight-loss tiers, and only one of them recurs.

The Start tier is $199 per four weeks and is semaglutide only. The Transform tier displays $285 a month but is $790 billed once, covering twelve weeks, and it is the tirzepatide tier. The Premium tier displays $248 a month but is $2,981 billed once, covering a full year. So the cheapest way into tirzepatide with this provider is $790 up front, and there is no arrangement under which you pay for one month of it and stop.

We are not going to file a monthly tirzepatide price for Vyvron, because there is not one to file. Substituting a prepay rung for a missing monthly rung is how a provider ends up looking cheap on a ledger for a product nobody can buy that way.

The displayed "$285 a month" is also doing something odd on its own terms. It divides $790 across roughly 2.77 calendar months. Divide the same $790 across the three four-week cycles the plan actually runs and you get $263. Two different definitions of "per month" are in use inside one pricing table.

Founding rates, and which page to believe

Vyvron currently prices its three programs as founding rates: weight loss at $199 per four weeks against a list price of $249, microdosing at $149 against $179, longevity at $189 against $229. Its own homepage cards disagree — showing $179 for microdosing, which is the post-founding list price presented as though it were current, and $145 for longevity, which is the cheapest individual longevity item rather than the program rate.

The program pages govern, because that is where the enrolment button and the billing disclosure live. Individually, the longevity products are injectable NAD+ at $229, injectable sermorelin at $229, and injectable B12-MIC at $145.²

One more artifact worth naming: the site's founding-member counter reads that 100 of 100 spots remain, with a progress bar at full width. It is a hardcoded constant. It will read 100 of 100 forever, whatever happens to enrolment.

The strongest thing here

Clinical services run through OpenLoop Health, Inc. and its affiliated professional entities. OpenLoop is a substantial, established telehealth infrastructure company, and having it named in the privacy policy is a genuinely better answer than most of this cohort gives on clinical oversight.

The state disclosure is also unusually good, and deserves saying so plainly. Vyvron serves all 50 states and the District of Columbia, requires a video visit specifically in Arkansas, DC, Delaware, Kansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, Rhode Island and West Virginia, and states that compounded GLP-1 is not available in Mississippi at all. That is more state-level specificity than any other company in this pass published, and considerably more than Auren Rx, which publishes none.

What is missing under it

No pharmacy is named. No prescriber is named and no NPI is published, so nothing here can be checked against the national registry. The legal entity is Vyvron, LLC, at 30 N Gould St in Sheridan, Wyoming — an address shared by an enormous number of companies, and not an operating location. Our fulfillment and oversight dimensions have very little to score on either.

The company is also open about having no track record. Its testimonial section ships placeholder text saying patient stories will appear once founding members give written consent. That is honest, and it is also an unambiguous statement that nobody has finished a course of treatment here yet. Given how much of the GLP-1 question is what happens over a year and after — see weight regain after stopping GLP-1 — a provider with no completed patients is a provider whose long-run behaviour is unknown rather than good.

Terms, and the 72-hour window

You are charged when you complete the intake, before a provider reviews it. A full refund is available only if you cancel within 72 hours with no services rendered, or if a provider medically disqualifies you. Cancellation of an ongoing plan requires 72 hours' notice before the next billing date, or you are charged for that cycle. On the prepaid Transform and Premium tiers, refunds cover only months whose medication has not shipped.

Read together with the four-week cycle, that means the billing date you have to track is not the same date each month, and it moves earlier through the calendar year.

The regulatory screen

The FDA's live warning-letter index returned no company-column match in August 2026 for Vyvron or for OpenLoop.³ The same pass returned a known February 2026 letter for an unrelated telehealth seller run as a positive control, so the zeros are evidence rather than a query that failed quietly.

Where it sits

Vyvron's semaglutide rung is a fair one and its clinical partner is real. Everything around it needs a footnote — the cadence, the missing monthly tirzepatide rung, the two "per month" conventions, the homepage that disagrees with the program pages, and a company with no completed patients. That is a lot of footnotes for one row, which is why this is a working file rather than a grade, and why nothing here appears on the cheapest GLP-1 ledger or the tirzepatide board.
