Auren Rx, Checked but Not Graded: Two Rungs on Every SKU, and No List of States

There is a specific thing we look for on a provider's product page and almost never find: two prices, side by side, one for committing and one for not. Auren Rx (aurenrx.com) prints both on every single item it sells. It is the cleanest price surface of the seven companies we checked in August 2026, and it is attached to the largest single disclosure hole in the group. Neither fact produces a grade — this company has been through our price and disclosure checks, not the six weighted dimensions in our methodology, so there is no WeighScore on this page and no board position behind it.

The two-rung structure

Standard semaglutide is $199 a month with no commitment, or $169 a month on a subscription. Standard tirzepatide is $299 with no commitment, $259 subscribed. There is a separate, named microdose program: semaglutide at $149 monthly or $129 subscribed, tirzepatide at $250 monthly or $229 subscribed.¹

We file the no-commitment numbers — $199 and $299 — because that is what the product costs if you do not sign anything. The company's own structured data does not. Its product markup emits the subscribe rung, which means any price aggregator scraping the page records $169 and $259 and never sees the monthly rate. That is worth knowing if you find Auren Rx quoted somewhere cheaper than this page quotes it; the difference is not a discount you missed, it is a different rung.

Around the GLP-1s the same two-rung structure holds. NAD+ runs $209 a month for the 10 mL injection, $169 to $249 across four nasal-spray strengths and sizes, $155 or $215 for the 10 percent cream. Sermorelin is $199. Glutathione is $119 injected or $109 nasal. GHK-Cu cream is $109, tretinoin $49, oral minoxidil $49, valacyclovir $39 or $49, estradiol $69 to $99 depending on patch or tablet. Every one of those is the monthly, no-commitment figure. That NAD+ line is unusually granular — most sellers publish one number for a category and leave route and strength to your imagination. Two ways to misread this site

The weight-loss page ships with its molecule selector defaulting to tirzepatide, not semaglutide. Land on the page, read the price, write it down, and you have recorded tirzepatide's number under semaglutide's name — a column shift, one of the standard capture errors on our cost dimension. It is a live example of why we normalize prices from the underlying data instead of from whatever the page happens to be showing.

The second is the navigation, which reads that semaglutide and tirzepatide start from $129 a month. That $129 is real, but it is the microdose semaglutide subscribe rung. Under a heading naming both molecules it understates standard GLP-1 by $70 a month. Not a fabricated number, and not a rate you can buy for a standard program.

The hole

Auren Rx never publishes the states it serves. Not a list, not a map, not a lookup. The terms say certain services are available only to individuals located in certain states, and refer elsewhere to "a state where we operate", and that is the whole of it.

Every other company in this pass discloses something on this — a 36-state list, a 50-state claim with named video-visit exceptions, even a bare 50-state assertion. This one discloses nothing, and it matters more than a missing paragraph usually would, because state availability is the one thing about a telehealth program that can make the entire purchase moot. It is also the answer we cannot supply on your behalf: you find out by starting an intake. Oversight, fulfillment and the entity

The medical group is Beluga Health, P.A., a real and established telehealth professional association. No individual prescriber is named and no NPI is published, so there is nobody to check against the national registry — the same gap Pepti has in a milder form, since Pepti at least publishes bios. The dispensing pharmacy is never named individually; the site refers to its own pharmacy network, and notes that you may elect a local pharmacy instead, in which case the membership fee excludes medication cost. The legal entity is Hades Capital LLC, doing business as Auren RX, with no address published.

Two products, valacyclovir and estradiol, are missing from the site's own sitemap. That is a housekeeping detail rather than a red flag, but it is the reason a catalogue read from a sitemap alone would have been wrong about what this company sells.

Contract terms, which are unusually well behaved

The membership is month-to-month and cancellable at any time by email or in the account. It can be paused, with no further charges until you order a refill. There is no prepay tier at all, which removes an entire family of pricing traps. Billing is disclosed as approximately every 28 to 30 days — slightly short of a calendar month, and disclosed, which is the part that matters. Compare that with Vyvron, which bills on a four-week cycle while printing "/mo".

The one term to read twice: the membership fee is charged the day membership commences and is non-refundable once paid. Membership begins after a provider communicates a care plan and you elect to proceed, so it follows clinical review rather than preceding it — a better sequence than most of this cohort. Non-refundable is still non-refundable. The product pages also carry star ratings with no review count and no source attached; we are not reprinting them, and neither should any board.

The regulatory screen

The FDA's live warning-letter index returned no company-column match in August 2026 for Auren Rx, for Hades Capital, or for Beluga Health.² The same pass returned a known February 2026 letter for an unrelated telehealth seller run as a positive control, so the zeros are evidence rather than a query that failed silently.

What a grade would need

One email. If Auren Rx published its state list, this would be among the more straightforwardly gradeable companies we have looked at this year: a complete ladder, an explicit no-commitment rung on every item, no prepay tier, a real medical group and disclosed billing cadence. Without the states, clinical oversight and fulfillment are both being scored on an incomplete record, and a number built on that is a number we would have to defend without the evidence. So it stays here, in the working file, alongside The Edit and Trellis Vitality — and off the cheapest GLP-1 ledger until the gap closes.
