Coverage recorded in the graded review: 19 states (the site elsewhere says 20). The provider record's merchant-verification date is 2026-09-01. This article was reconciled with that existing record on October 6, 2026; this is not a new merchant verification. The August findings below do not establish today's checkout price or resolve every previously documented discrepancy.

The current review records these caveats: No month-to-month plan exists: the $119 and $169 figures are tiers on a six-month membership, and the nearest standing price is a one-time four-week vial at $149 or $219. The memberships page calls the plan non-cancelable and locked in for six months; section 7 of the Terms says the subscription can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.

Historical investigation — August 7, 2026

The following investigation records what our August pass found. Its prices, availability, named providers and policies describe that pass, not current offers. Each section is dated to keep those historical observations separate from the current record above. The original citations remain attached to the observations they supported.

A monthly price is a promise about how long you are agreeing to something. Rehydra+ Wellness (rehydraplus.com) advertises GLP-1 memberships from $119 a month, and every one of those memberships is a six-month contract the site itself describes as non-cancelable. That is not a technicality buried in a terms page; it is stated on the memberships page and again on every product page. This is the working file on a company we checked in August 2026. The later graded review applies the six dimensions of our methodology; the findings below belong to the earlier investigation.

August 2026: What "from $119 a month" actually costs

Six semaglutide and tirzepatide membership tiers are on sale, each priced per month and each valid for six months, non-cancelable. Translated into what leaves your account before you can stop:

Semaglutide Tier 1 advertises $119 a month and commits you to $714. Tier 2 advertises $169 and commits you to $1,014. Tier 3 advertises $229 and commits you to $1,374. Tirzepatide Tier 1 advertises $169 and commits you to $1,014. Tier 2 advertises $289 and commits you to $1,734. Tier 3 advertises $419 and commits you to $2,514.

There is no month-to-month membership rung anywhere in the catalog. That $119 is a real number, but it is a number that cannot be bought for one month, and any comparison table that prints it beside a genuine month-to-month rate from another provider is comparing two different things. Contract terms are the lightest weight in our rubric at 8 percent — see how the WeighScore is calculated for why the weights sit where they do — and this is the case that shows why a light weight is not the same as a small consequence. A six-month lock-in on a medication people routinely stop early — because of tolerability, because of cost, because a dose does not suit them — is a structural risk rather than a preference.

August 2026: The one thing you can buy and stop

The only cancel-anytime purchase here is a one-time supply pack, and the pricing is per dose and per supply length rather than per month.

For semaglutide, a four-week supply runs $149 at 0.25 mg, $179 at 0.5 mg, $199 at 1.0 mg, $269 at 1.7 mg and $289 at 2.5 mg. Eight-week supplies run $269 to $499 and twelve-week supplies $399 to $749 across the same dose ladder. For tirzepatide, four weeks runs $219 at 2.5 mg, $249 at 5 mg, $319 at 7.5 mg, $449 at 10 mg, $629 at 12.5 mg and $649 at 15 mg; eight weeks runs $379 to $939; twelve weeks runs $569 to $1,419, with no twelve-week option at 10 mg or 12.5 mg.

The word to be careful with is "duration". On this site it means how much medication is in the box, not how often you are charged. A twelve-week pack is one purchase, not three payments, and pricing it as though it were a quarterly bill would understate what you hand over on day one.

Note also what the dose ladder does here. Unlike Trellis Vitality, which holds one price across every titration step, or Pepti, which advertises one, Rehydra+ charges more as you climb. Semaglutide roughly doubles from the starting dose to maintenance; tirzepatide roughly triples. The number you compare against another provider is therefore the maintenance-dose number, not the entry one.

August 2026: The shelf, and the parts of it we will not recommend

Beyond GLP-1s, Rehydra+ sells a broad peptide line — BPC-157 from $320 to $499, a BPC-157 and TB-500 stack from $380 to $559, KPV from $320 to $499, sermorelin from $250 to $449, tesamorelin from $399 to $899, GHK-Cu from $220 to $329, MOTS-c at $399, NAD+ from $279 to $619 — plus testosterone therapy at $399 for a ten-week course, sold as an ordinary cart item.

Three of those are offered as oral formulations: BPC-157, KPV and tesamorelin. Oral bioavailability for these peptides is not established, which means the route being sold has no evidence behind it that we could point a reader to. This site does not treat any of them as recommendable, and the broader question of what a compounding pharmacy may lawfully prepare — and how quickly that can change — is covered in why compounded GLP-1's legality hinges on the FDA shortage list. A wide shelf is a merchandising decision, not a clinical credential.

August 2026: Who you can name, and who you cannot

The August pages named three clinicians: John H. Hamilton, MD, as medical director, Angie Tuzson, NP, and Jared Folwell, MD. Their names support registry searches by name without a published NPI. The investigation did not establish exact registry matches or the identity of the assigned treating clinician. An NPI is not proof of licensure or credentials; a state-board license check is separate. The dispensing pharmacy is described only as "our pharmacy partner" and is never named.

The company says it serves 20 states and never lists them. The only list of states anywhere on the site is a checkout dropdown containing all 50, which is a form field rather than a disclosure. So the served states here are, for practical purposes, undisclosed.

Certification is claimed in prose. The badge that accompanies the claim is a self-hosted image in the site's own uploads folder, linking to a keyword search rather than to a certificate record, and no seal identifier appears anywhere. We record that as unverified. It is not evidence that the claim is false — it is the absence of the one artifact that would have made it checkable, which is a different finding and should not be reported as the first one.

The legal entity is given as "RealHealth Ventures PLLS dba Rehydra+ Wellness" in San Antonio, Texas. The site spells it PLLS; we are recording it as written.

August 2026: Payment, financing and refunds

This is a cart, so you pay for the product at checkout, before any provider reviews your intake, and the refund policy does not clearly address what happens if you are not approved. There are no returns or refunds on prescription or compounded medication once shipped, which is standard for the category.

Financing is offered through a buy-now-pay-later provider, with a 2.99 percent processing fee applied to credit-card down payments — disclosed, but only on the payment-plan page rather than at checkout. Financing changes the shape of a commitment without changing its size, and it interacts badly with a six-month non-cancelable term.

August 2026: The regulatory screen

The August 2026 FDA warning-letter index search found no company-column match for Rehydra+ Wellness or its stated legal entity. That limited search did not establish a complete enforcement history, FDA clearance or current compliance status.

August 2026: The verdict, in prose

The August review identified named clinicians and a one-time purchase option — the one-time supply pack you can buy once and walk away from. It also has the most aggressive contract term in this pass, an undisclosed state list, an unnamed pharmacy, an unverifiable certification badge and an oral peptide line with no evidence behind the route.

Our position is narrow and specific: if you are considering this company, buy the one-time pack, not the membership, and do not let an advertised monthly figure stand in for a six-month commitment. If a comparison anywhere shows you "Rehydra+ from $119 a month" without that sentence attached, the comparison is wrong.
