LovelyMeds Review: Prices, Refunds and Who Provides Care

LovelyMeds has low promotional headlines, differing clinical identities and multipack refund rules. We examine what to confirm before a purchase.

LovelyMeds deserves a closer look if its advertised compounded injection prices appeal to you. We would obtain the actual first charge and purchase term before ordering: the lowest monthly figures and first-month promotions do not establish a month-to-month bill.

Read the one-month price before the promotion

The semaglutide injection page advertises a B12 formulation at $175 a month for a one-month plan, $145 for three months, $120 for six and $99 for twelve. Its $39 first-month headline uses NEW60. That arithmetic matches $99 less $60, rather than the one-month price less $60. The page does not establish which purchase qualifies or what amount is collected initially.

Tirzepatide's corresponding prices are $235, $199, $175 and $150 a month for those terms. Its $90 promotional headline likewise matches the lowest displayed rung less $60. These are advertised offers, not a selected prescription invoice. We would not assume the promotion reduces the one-month purchase to $90.

Use our six-month cost guide to compare cash paid and treatment supplied. We have not multiplied the monthly equivalents into a claimed upfront bill because the public product tables do not settle the payment schedule.

The semaglutide FAQ excludes Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and New Mexico. It also says price varies with prescribed strength and formulation, despite the page's all-doses-same-price statement. Confirm the semaglutide preparation and location-specific offer; these exclusions do not establish the rules for every product.

One-time purchases still have cancellation costs

The terms call orders one-time purchases and list a $40 cancellation fee before review and after review before dispatch. They also make orders final when the prescription is sent to the pharmacy, with another prepared-and-labeled cutoff. Ask which stage applies; shipment is not the only deadline.

Unopened, unused multipacks may qualify for refunds before shipment. Packs already shipped or used are repriced at the standard single-pack rate, then 10% is deducted from the refundable balance. Ask how that exception fits the final-sale rule.

The shipping policy says all prescription sales are final and rejects returns even for unopened or unused medicine. It requests reports of shipping damage or incorrect products within 48 hours, with replacement where appropriate. That is a different question from canceling unshipped multipacks. Our cancellation guide helps separate an existing order, a future purchase and a refund request.

The clinical identity needs a clear answer

The regulations page names Wasef Health, P.C. for clinical care. The terms instead name Beluga Health, P.A. and affiliated medical groups, while the consent calls Pharmacy Hub an independent medical group. These descriptions do not identify your assigned treating practice.

LovelyMeds describes a technology platform with independent dispensing pharmacies. Its regulations list Pharmacy Hub, Hallandale, Vials RX, Greenwich RX, Strive, Partell and HealthWarehouse. Assignment depends on the prescription, location, licensing and availability.

Request the treating practice, prescriber and actual dispensing branch before committing. Our pharmacy verification guide explains checks against the named facility. We have not independently verified the listed licenses, a patient assignment or the supplied preparation. Also establish required tests, lab charges and follow-up: a list of possible partners does not answer those questions.

The Ageless review concerns a related storefront. Ageless' published regulatory disclosure available at our check identifies Try Ageless as a brand operated by Lovely Meds, Inc.

Shared operation does not establish a rebrand or an identical patient program. We found no explicit same-program statement in the pages examined. Keep each storefront's offer and accepted agreement separate rather than carrying Ageless prices, care assignments or refund rules into a LovelyMeds purchase.

The historical FDA letter

The FDA’s September 9, 2025 warning letter addresses Lovely Meds, Inc. doing business as Lovely Meds and identifies lovelymeds.com. It concerns misleading claims implying compounded products were the same as FDA-approved medicines. These preparations are not FDA-approved. That historical finding is specific to the identified website; we have not determined current closeout status or transferred the finding to Ageless.

Our take

We would request one clear statement of who treats you and what happens if you stop before taking the next supply. The consent document does not resolve the conflicting identities. A named group or signed consent does not establish the quality of care or a treatment result.
