Metaboost Rx Review: Quotes and Cancellation Notice
Metaboost Rx advertises starting GLP-1 quotes; its tirzepatide FAQ requires 30 days’ cancellation notice. Compare both before choosing.
On this page
We would confirm the next cancellation deadline before choosing Metaboost Rx. Its tirzepatide FAQ requires 30 days’ notice before the next billing cycle; that condition matters if you are comparing a short trial.
Start with the price you would actually pay
A homepage banner promotes a new-patient offer. The homepage advertises semaglutide from $129 a month and tirzepatide from $149, beside $199 and $249 respectively. It lists the online provider visit, prescription, delivery and check-ins. It also promises no charge without approval. Confirm whether clinical review involves payment or an authorization. These starting figures do not establish your selected invoice, quantity or future charge. Our six-month cost guide helps compare payments rather than headlines.

bmiMD
C+bmiMD publishes monthly and prepaid injection plans with advertised pricing that stays the same across prescribed doses; its lowest monthly equivalents require a year upfront.
Check bmiMD availabilityThe program page does not finish the quote
The semaglutide page says “Available by consultation” where a product price would be useful. Its FAQ promises flat pricing without consultation or dose-change surcharges. We would ask support to reconcile that promise with the complete selected order, including medication quantity and billing interval, before making a longer budget.
Resolve the cancellation deadline first
The tirzepatide FAQ requires 30 days’ notice before the next billing cycle and makes consultations, medical visits and fulfilled prescriptions nonrefundable once services begin or medication is processed. That is a different promise from simply being able to stop whenever you want. Our cancellation guide separates future renewals from an existing order.
Read the order rules separately
The terms allow switching off auto-refill until 48 hours before monthly processing. They also authorize immediate payment and repeat charges every 30 days.
Initial prescription cancellation requires a request within 24 hours and before provider-network receipt. After that window, prescription orders cannot be canceled; dispensed or delivered medication is nonrefundable. Refund examples include wrong medication, damage, safety failure, an unshipped order or provider refusal. Purchasing also waives outside-pharmacy choice.
Wrong or damaged items require contact within 48 hours of delivery; a marked-delivered missing parcel first needs a carrier claim. Returned prescription medication carries a $35 disposal fee. Ask which rule controls your plan and any unshipped refund.
Confirm your location and your support route
The contact page gives an Oklahoma City mailing address and describes telehealth in states where the service is licensed. It publishes a phone number, email and Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. clinical hours, without a time zone. Those hours are useful for planning a question; they do not establish an immediate clinical response or eligibility in your state.
Ask who will prescribe and dispense
The site’s disclaimer describes a concierge platform connecting patients with independent clinicians and compounding pharmacies. The disclaimer says compounded medicines are not FDA-approved. We have not independently established an assigned clinician or dispensing branch. Ask for both identities before paying, then use our pharmacy verification guide. A general network description cannot replace checking the business responsible for your prescription.
A privacy label is not the complete notice
Its HIPAA notice says Metaboost Rx LLC is not technically a covered entity and has voluntarily elected to substantially follow HIPAA standards. That is the company’s description of its own status, not independent certification or a conclusion about the treating practice. Ask which organization holds the clinical record and which notice governs it.
Check which privacy notice covers the information
The privacy policy distinguishes website information from protected health information governed by a separate notice. Before sending photographs or medical history, identify the recipient and the purpose. Our telehealth privacy guide helps separate those questions.
