Imbue Health Review: The Care Fee Is Only Part of the Bill
Imbue advertises a $29 care membership with medication extra. Compare both bills, renewal terms and cancellation before choosing a plan.

Our take
Imbue belongs on the shortlist for someone who wants a branded GLP-1 prescription and is comfortable paying for care and medication separately. The attraction is its $29 monthly care membership. That is not the treatment bill: the medication costs extra. We would consider the monthly option before paying for a longer membership, and get the drug quote first.

The pricing page advertises physician consultations, messaging, prescription management and dose-adjustment support within the membership. It lists branded medication through NovoCare or LillyDirect separately. Its starting examples combine $29 care with $149 medication for a $178 monthly oral option, or $199 medication for a $228 injectable Wegovy example. The page says drug prices can vary with dose.
Those examples are a starting point for a quote, not a promise about every prescription or renewal. Ask which product and strength you would receive, the amount due to each business, and what happens to the drug price after an introductory offer. Our six-month cost guide explains why billing dates, starting prices and ongoing costs need separate entries.
Canceling care does not answer every payment question
Imbue's terms define a membership month as thirty days. The monthly plan renews until canceled before renewal, and partial months are not refundable. Cancellation goes through support; access continues until the paid term ends. An annual option is also described, with upfront payment and automatic renewal, but the terms do not give its price. We would not assume a longer purchase is a better deal.
The pricing page promises a membership price that does not increase. The terms nevertheless describe advance notice for a changed charge, including a membership increase. Get the selected rate and renewal terms in writing rather than relying on the headline alone.
Before stopping treatment, identify any separate medication order or payment authorization. Canceling one agreement should not be treated as confirmation that another has ended. Our cancellation guide separates stopping future charges from requesting a refund for money already paid.
Know who provides the care
The terms name Cyane Inc. as the website operator. The medical-team page names Dr. Prajeet Reddy as medical director and associates him with Cyane Medical Group California PC. Those disclosures give a prospective patient specific names to ask about; they do not tell you which clinician would treat you.
Confirm eligibility in your state, the practice responsible for your prescription, any required lab charges and the pharmacy handling your medication. Our pharmacy verification guide explains how to check the intended dispenser's name and location.
Imbue is worth comparing if the separate care fee and drug quote fit your budget. Get both prices and the renewal terms before enrolling.
