TotalRx Review: Clear Plan Prices, Complicated Refunds
TotalRx lists inclusive GLP-1 prices and prepaid discounts. Compare its four-week supplies, renewal promises and limited cancellation refunds.
On this page
TotalRx is worth comparing for cash-pay treatment, particularly if you value an inclusive price. We would start by considering the monthly plan. Its longer commitments lower the advertised monthly equivalent, but the refund calculation and renewal language need a written explanation before a large prepayment.
We examined public TotalRx pricing, terms and refund disclosures on October 25, 2026. We did not enroll, complete checkout, receive medication or test its support. This is an ungraded investigation by GLP-1 Scorecard, based on advertised terms rather than a transaction.
What the advertised plans cost
TotalRx lists compounded semaglutide at $199 monthly, $447 for three months, $834 for six months or $1,548 for twelve months. Tirzepatide is $249 monthly, $597 for three months, $1,134 for six months or $2,088 for twelve months. The listed bundle includes clinical review, medication if prescribed, coaching, supplies and shipping; it advertises no separate membership fee.
A month of medication means four weeks. The twelve-month plan therefore describes 48 weeks of supply, rather than a full 52-week year. Ask how the renewal date aligns with the next refill so your budget covers uninterrupted treatment. A monthly equivalent is also different from an amount charged today: the lowest figures require the longest payment commitment. Our six-month cost guide explains how to compare those commitments.

Check Sprout Health availabilityThe renewal promise needs one clarification
The pricing guide says your renewal amount and price at higher prescribed doses stay unchanged while you retain the plan. However, the refund policy says promotional free months apply to the first term only, with later terms billed at the standard rate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Those statements may apply to different offers, but a shopper should not have to guess. Ask TotalRx to state your second-term charge in dollars and whether your selected plan contains promotional months. Save that answer alongside the selected offer. A claim about a lifelong price is useful only when it identifies the charge that actually renews.
Cancellation does not unwind the current order
The policy requires cancellation at least 72 hours before the next scheduled bill. It separates stopping future renewals from refunding existing charges. Monthly charges are generally nonrefundable once processed. Medical disqualification has a refund provision, subject to accurate and complete intake information.
For prepaid plans, potential refunds concern future medication that remains unprocessed and unshipped. Completed services and incurred costs may be excluded. Promotional months sit at the end and have no refundable value. Do not estimate your refund simply by dividing the payment by the number of months left. Request an example using your actual plan, including any nonrefundable services. Our cancellation checklist helps record the next charge and cancellation confirmation.
Who delivers the clinical care?
TotalRx identifies its operator as Coravita Health, LLC. Its terms describe an administrative platform, with clinical and pharmacy work delivered by independent professionals. The homepage identifies OpenLoop among affiliated medical groups, while saying pharmacy partners may vary.
That is a starting point for checking responsibility, rather than verification of your particular care team. Before paying, request the medical practice, assigned clinician and dispensing pharmacy for your state. Ask who handles medication questions and whether follow-up involves scheduled visits or messages. A coach and a prescribing clinician perform different roles; establish how to reach each.
Compounding and the unanswered details
The current treatment cards identify compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide; branded products are marked coming soon. A branded product pictured on the site therefore should not be assumed to be the medication in the advertised bundle.
FDA says compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and should be used when an approved drug cannot meet the patient's medical needs, with a prescription and state-licensed pharmacy. That is general guidance, not a judgment about a particular TotalRx prescription. Ask the clinician about the specific medical rationale, formulation, concentration and pharmacy before deciding. Our pharmacy verification guide gives the practical checks.
The reviewed offer does not settle your required laboratory schedule, whether every necessary test is included, or a guaranteed clinical response time. Request those details for your treatment. Do not infer them from an inclusive-price headline.
Who should shortlist TotalRx?
A shopper seeking compounded treatment with a stated bundle price has a reason to inquire. The monthly option limits the initial payment while you learn whether the care arrangement fits. Someone seeking a branded prescription or an easily refundable extended trial should compare other arrangements.
Our recommendation is conditional: confirm the renewal amount, refund allocation and assigned pharmacy before choosing a prepaid plan. TotalRx's detailed public price table helps comparison; the difference between its pricing promise and promotion policy remains the most consequential financial question.
