The clinic option costs $100 more each month. Someone who is unlikely to attend regularly has little reason to pay that premium simply to obtain a prescription.
Its online-care page explicitly serves California and identifies 14 clinics across the Bay Area, Monterey Bay and Orange County. Online members can book InBody scans at those clinics, too. That makes the online tier worth discussing even if occasional body-composition visits appeal; ask whether those visits carry an additional charge. No nationwide availability was established.

The advertised $99 starting offer is an assessment, separate from the recurring membership. It includes a clinician appointment, a 60-biomarker panel and body-composition tracking in clinic. At the posted rates, that assessment plus six monthly care payments totals $693 online or $1,293 in clinic before medication. This is a care-only illustration using the current promotion, not a six-month treatment quote or a claim about when the first recurring bill falls.
The missing number is the prescribed drug cost. A lower care fee can still produce a higher overall bill once medication is added. The follow-up offer has substance, with practical limits
JumpstartMD describes Quest blood work followed by a clinician review, dose adjustments and progress monitoring. Its weight-loss program also describes management of missed doses, treatment restarts and medication interactions. Those are meaningful reasons to consider an ongoing clinical relationship, although these public descriptions do not establish how quickly a clinician will answer a particular concern.
The team page names Sean Bourke, MD as founder and chief medical officer. That identifies clinical leadership; it does not identify the clinician assigned to your visits or independently verify that person’s license. The app’s round-the-clock Rumi feature is an AI coach. Ask separately about appointment frequency, human messaging, urgent concerns and repeat-lab charges.
Choose the actual prescription before choosing the price
The medication menu includes Wegovy and Zepbound injections, oral Wegovy and Rybelsus tablets, and non-GLP-1 alternatives. A broad menu is useful for someone who wants to discuss options, but it does not guarantee access to a particular prescription or insurance payment.
