Choose the commitment before the discount

The homepage lists semaglutide at $299 for a 12-week starter package, $399 for a 12-week refill, $534 for 24 weeks and $948 for 48 weeks. Tirzepatide is $499 for a 12-week starter, $599 for a refill, $894 for 24 weeks and $1,440 for 48 weeks. Shipping is included.

Those are meaningfully different purchases. Forty-eight weeks is not 52 weeks, and a starter package is not a standing refill price. Compare the cash leaving your account and the supplied weeks before deciding a longer plan is cheaper for your circumstances.

The card hold and the refund cutoff matter

A displayed fall promotion deducts $50 from pay-in-full orders using a card hold; the site says pay-after-review orders retain regular pricing. The terms describe one-time purchases without automatic renewal, with a temporary authorization captured only after clinical approval.

The cancellation policy allows a full refund if payment was captured but the order has not reached the pharmacy. Once approved and sent for fulfillment, sales are final. A separate clause says orders active beyond 30 days are treated as completed medical services regardless of shipment status, with no refund after that point. That clause is a serious reason to resolve a stalled order promptly rather than simply waiting.

For a first purchase, the shorter commitment is the easier recommendation. A favorable prepaid equivalent does not compensate for money locked into a service you have not yet experienced.

There is a more specific care promise here

Southern Vitality identifies Igor Ancor, MD as its supervising physician, promises check-ins every two weeks, and names PerfectRX, The Pharmacy Hub and Rx Compounding Store as pharmacy partners. Its terms estimate five to seven business days from approval to delivery.

Those disclosures provide concrete questions for the consultation: who handles side effects between check-ins, which pharmacy receives your prescription, and what happens if treatment changes partway through a package? We have not tested those responses. A scheduled check-in is useful only if the service is accessible when needed.

Confirm access before treating this as a national option

The business lists a Valdosta, Georgia clinic and says its physician holds licenses in 11 states, but our public-page review did not establish the full treatment-service footprint. That does not justify either nationwide availability or the older categorical claim that nobody outside Georgia can use it. Confirm eligibility for the state where you will receive care.
