Brand-name care has a separate fee and conflicting billing language

The brand program advertises a $95 monthly physician fee, with medication purchased separately. The same page describes both automatic membership billing and a one-time payment with manual continuation. Its terms and billing policy describe automatic renewal. We would resolve that disagreement before enrolling; the compounded program's refill permission should not be assumed to apply here.

The terms exclude laboratory work and other outside services from the physician fee. They also make a paid service cycle final once clinical work begins, without prorating. Compare the care fee, pharmacy bill and any testing as separate costs.

GOAL also advertises brand-name oral Wegovy with medication purchased separately. This is an oral brand option; it does not establish access to compounded oral semaglutide or tirzepatide.

Nutrition support is included; confirm the actual care arrangement

The compounded program advertises physician care, medication, a nutrition coordinator and expedited shipping. Availability still depends on clinical, state and pharmacy eligibility. The physician history needs its later outcome too

GOAL identifies Dr. Michael Mimlitz as chief physician and co-founder. A 2016 DOJ release records his guilty plea concerning misbranded HGH. Missouri's orders record revocation, a new license under probation in 2017, and termination of restrictions in March 2019.

On October 29, Missouri's active-license search listed license 2017006602 with expiration January 31, 2027 and no current discipline, while recording prior actions. That is a Missouri licensing finding, not verification of every state license or your assigned clinician.
