The homepage advertises consultations from $39.99 and says medication costs are separate. The brand-facts page also distinguishes general consultations from separately priced weight-loss programs. Neither figure tells you the cost of a particular GLP-1 prescription. Before comparing a quote, separate the visit, medication and follow-up charges using our six-month cost guide.

Weight-loss information is still online; a usable plan is harder to find

24hrDOC's prescription article still describes a weight-loss service and claims it works with compounding pharmacies. But the article's weight-loss link returns a redirect to the general services page, not a plan with a drug, dose or price. That is an unresolved offer, not proof that the business has closed or stopped prescribing GLP-1s.

A discussion of drug options does not confirm what you will receive

The site's educational material discusses semaglutide, tirzepatide and compounded formulations. It does not establish a current purchasable dose, pharmacy assignment or oral product for this review. The quarterly membership is not a weight-loss plan

The subscription page advertises $40 every three months and explicitly excludes weight loss. Its benefits also conflict: one section describes discounted visits and $20 follow-ups, while another promises unlimited visits without per-visit fees. Ask who is responsible for your ongoing care

The informed-consent page names OpenLoop Health as a telemedicine partner. It says remote care does not replace a primary or specialist clinician and may require an in-person referral. That identifies part of the care arrangement, but does not give us a GLP-1 follow-up schedule, lab package or assigned prescriber. Those are questions to settle before choosing a long-term treatment service.

The platform and the dispensing pharmacy are different roles

The terms identify 24HrDoc, Inc. and describe a technology platform connecting users with independent professionals, rather than the platform itself providing clinical care. The homepage says 24hrDOC does not carry or ship medicines and sends approved prescriptions to a selected pharmacy. That does not name the pharmacy for a GLP-1 patient or establish who would dispense a compounded prescription.

There is also a company-name inconsistency worth resolving: the brand-facts page identifies The 24hrdoc, LLC, while the terms use 24HrDoc, Inc. We cannot establish their legal relationship from those pages. Ask which entity handles your payment and which clinician and pharmacy take responsibility for the prescription.

The refund decision depends on when review begins

The refund policy allows requests when an order is canceled before medical review or no treatment recommendation can be provided. Other requests are discretionary. The FAQ separately says consultation issues should be raised within seven days. We would not read either statement as a promise to refund an unwanted or already reviewed GLP-1 order; confirm which policy applies before paying.
