The useful number is the price at your dose
Tirzepatide with B6 starts at $149 for one month at 2.5mg weekly. A $269 starter package supplies 60 days, with the move to 5mg subject to provider approval. For continuing patients, the one-/two-month prices are $249/$449 at 5mg, $299/$499 at 10mg and $329/$499 at 12.5mg.
The page includes provider consultation, medication, syringes and cold shipping. That is useful information for a shopper switching providers: compare your prescribed dose and supply length, rather than the cheapest starter box. A two-month purchase may reduce the equivalent cost, but it also puts more money into the order.
Semaglutide is sold in 28-day vials

The packs and monthly care are different purchases
Both GLP-1 product pages say the medication packs are billed once and do not renew automatically. The homepage separately offers optional ongoing care at $99/month after enrollment, with portal cancellation. It also says monthly medication plans renew under their stated checkout terms. Those distinctions matter: the existence of subscription terms does not establish that every pack renews.
The general terms require cancellation of subscriptions at least 48 hours before renewal and do not refund partially used periods. Confirm that the order summary identifies the pack you chose, whether any separate care plan is selected, and its next charge. Scheduled video consultations are described separately from included medication-pack provider review.
Two promises still need clarification
The product pages promise a full refund if treatment is inappropriate. The general terms say an initial order cannot be canceled once submitted for clinical review and describe all fees as nonrefundable. Medical ineligibility and changing your mind are different situations, but the broad wording does not clearly preserve the advertised ineligibility exception. Get that exception confirmed before paying.
The semaglutide page repeatedly promises temperature-controlled cold packaging, yet its whole-term shipment section says room-temperature shipping. These disclosures help identify the businesses involved, but you still need your assigned prescriber and dispensing pharmacy.
CLYR earns consideration for a manageable purchase size and visible dose prices. I would resolve the refund exception and shipping description before choosing it.
