Omada Health vs Trimi

By GLP-1 Scorecard · Updated October 2026

If Omada appears in your benefits, we would investigate that arrangement before buying a separate program. Its appeal is coaching alongside whatever prescribing support your sponsor offers. Trimi is the direct cash-pay option to compare if you are considering compounded injections. The first decision is how you can access care and pay for the actual prescription, rather than which headline looks cheaper.

Check Omada first if you have a participating benefit

Omada ties eligibility to benefits and clinical criteria. Its GLP-1 support page advertises coach messaging and coach-led peer groups, but the offered program still needs confirming. Some sponsored programs have no member charge; that does not establish free medication or testing. The terms allow separate third-party charges and do not guarantee a prescription, coverage or dispensing. Omada describes Flex Care as an employer offering in which members buy medication independently. Its announcement said employer availability would begin later in 2026; confirm whether your sponsor has launched it. Ask your employer or plan which arrangement is available, whether it includes prescribing and what the pharmacy would charge. Our insurance guide separates a care benefit from drug coverage. Get those answers before paying for overlapping care elsewhere.

Consider Trimi for a cash-pay compounded treatment plan

Trimi advertises monthly compounded semaglutide at $175 and tirzepatide at $235, with prescribed medication, care and shipping included. That is a different purchase from an employer-sponsored support benefit. If you are unsure about the service, compare its monthly option before committing to a longer term. A prepaid discount commits more money; a monthly equivalent is not the amount collected each month. Monthly and quarterly plans renew automatically; six-month and annual terms require a fresh confirmation to continue. The ordinary refund cutoff is prescription issuance, which can precede shipment. The cancellation guide explains why stopping another charge and recovering an existing payment need separate answers. A conditional refund review after written clinician advice to stop does not make an unused prepaid balance freely refundable.

Score comparison

Trimi has the higher recorded score — 86.4/100 to 55.6/100.

What to consider

Trimi

Site position #9 · B

Strengths

  • Separate semaglutide and tirzepatide plans include prescribed medication and care
  • Monthly, quarterly, six-month and annual charges published
  • BelieveRx pharmacy and Arora Health care network publicly named; individual assignment and licenses still need confirmation
  • Supplies and shipping included under the published offer

What to consider

  • Compounded injections only; no current branded or oral route
  • Monthly and quarterly plans renew automatically; six-month and annual continuation needs a new confirmed purchase
  • Ordinary orders become nonrefundable once the prescription is issued, even before shipping
  • A named pharmacy partner does not independently verify the pharmacy assigned to your order
