Choose the intended molecule and route before asking what the next charge will be.
The public product pages link enrollment to an intake. Their first-month figures do not establish a selected recurring amount, prepaid total or renewal term. We would ask for those figures before sharing medical information, especially if a longer commitment is proposed. A low first payment is less useful when the cost of continuing the same prescription remains unresolved.
One month needs a quantity as well as a charge

Prior refunds, chargebacks or credits can also disqualify a claim. This is a conditional satisfaction program, not a promise that treatment will produce a particular result.
The claim must be emailed within fourteen calendar days after that period ends. SkinnyRx can audit the self-reported logs and request further verification; approved refunds are processed within ten business days. The guarantee describes eligible compounded-program charges and SkinnyRx membership fees for eligible branded pathways, rather than external pharmacy medicine bills. Metabolic Health and its biosensors are excluded, including when purchased alongside medication. The guarantee cannot be combined with another promotion or discount unless SkinnyRx expressly allows it in writing. Ask whether the introductory offer qualifies before relying on this protection.
Clarify what would actually be returned
The general refund section makes pharmacy, clinical, processing, shipping and other third-party fees nonrefundable. It also requires return of unopened medication to the dispensing pharmacy for verified destruction before an approved refund, with the customer paying return shipping. SkinnyRx names Sajad Zalzala as medical director on product pages and medical advisor in his biography. The terms identify Lean Rx Inc. as the platform, with independent affiliated medical practices providing healthcare. Neither the advisor’s name nor that description identifies your assigned clinician, prescribing practice or individual monitoring plan. Ask who will review required patient tests and whether their cost is included.
State records need careful reading. Florida lists Zalzala’s ME134201 license as Clear/Active but separately flags discipline and a public complaint; a complaint is not itself an adjudicated disciplinary finding. Oregon lists MD179683 as surrendered, effective October 1, 2026. These are specific state records for the named advisor, not proof of your assignment, the standing of every clinician or the company’s closure. Confirm the actual prescriber’s relevant current authority.
