The membership guarantee does not cover the whole purchase
G-Plans’ terms offer a refund of membership fees paid to G-Plans during the six months before cancellation under its Membership Satisfaction Guarantee. They explicitly exclude medication costs and provider or medical fees. That distinction should lead the buying decision: a refundable membership can sit beside a nonrefundable treatment purchase.
The billing policy separately excludes refunds for processed medication orders and months with scheduled or completed medical consultations or appointments. Discounted products and services also carry refund restrictions. Before relying on the guarantee, identify which part of your payment is a G-Plans membership fee and which part is an excluded service.
A wide menu still needs one concrete quote
The weight-loss page lists Ozempic, Zepbound, injectable GLP-1 and GLP-1 + GIP options, and oral alternatives. It describes eligible prescription medication, clinician access, nutrition guidance, tracking and progress check-ins within the subscription. That breadth could simplify shopping for someone who wants the support tools as well as treatment.
The reviewed offer does not settle one medication-specific recurring total. The general terms also allow shipping and processing charges. Compare the actual selected plan, including any separate medical fees, rather than treating every item on the menu as the same purchase. A broader catalog is not by itself a better value.
Cancellation and refunds run on different clocks
The billing policy says automatic payments continue indefinitely when selected. It directs cancellation or plan changes to phone support at (619) 220-9009, listed as available daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern, or website chat. The terms separately describe account cancellation at least one day before the next billing cycle.
Use the cancellation route specified for your plan and retain confirmation before renewal. Appointment cancellation has another deadline: the policy makes appointments canceled within 72 hours nonrefundable and directs rescheduling to the app. Stopping the next subscription payment does not establish eligibility for a refund of an already processed order or appointment.
OpenLoop provides the clinical layer
The terms identify Goglia Nutrition LLC as the platform operator and OpenLoop Healthcare Partners P.C. and affiliated medical groups as the clinical network. The page footer uses G-Plans Inc. These disclosures help distinguish the consumer brand from the professionals responsible for care; confirm the entities on your own agreement.
The telehealth consent names OpenLoop providers and includes a separate compounded-medication consent acknowledging that FDA does not review or approve compounded products for safety, effectiveness or quality. The public sales page describes licensed U.S. pharmacies without naming the assigned dispenser. Establish the formulation and pharmacy for your prescription, especially when choosing an oral alternative.
The nutrition bundle needs to earn its place
G-Plans makes the most sense for someone who will use the nutrition guidance, tracking and check-ins. A person who only wants a clearly priced prescription service has less reason to accept the additional subscription complexity. The website promises ongoing support, but this review did not establish a guaranteed clinical response time or routine laboratory schedule.
