Add $54 before comparing a vial price

The pricing page states that each new order carries a $39 clinical visit fee and $15 pharmacy shipping charge. One order can contain up to three different peptides without multiplying those two fees. Medication is paid separately to the pharmacy.

That makes the arithmetic transparent, but does not make the entry price permanent. A shopper moving from another provider should compare the actual prescribed quantity and reorder interval. Buying additional products merely to spread the visit fee is not a reason to add treatment.

Higher-strength prices are now public

The semaglutide/B12 page lists its six advertised titration-vial prices as $25, $30, $42.68, $65.96, $79.54 and $108.64. Tirzepatide/B12 lists $45, $90, $127.50, $165, $210 and $247.50. The pages also publish larger refill sizes, so the older criticism that higher-dose prices are absent no longer holds.

For one order, the last listed titration vial plus the two fees totals $162.64 for semaglutide or $301.50 for tirzepatide. Those are arithmetic examples, not recommendations to follow the seller’s dose ladder. The site describes a split-dose schedule; do not assume its concentrations or instructions match a branded pen.

The $39 can be spent without a prescription

Once provider review begins, the visit fee is nonrefundable even if the prescription is denied or changed. Cancellation before review may receive a refund; it is not an unconditional guarantee. Medication and shipping disputes belong to the pharmacy’s separate policy.

There is no membership, but automatic refills are available by opt-in. Each refill still brings a visit fee and review, and the pricing page says automatic refills can be turned off in the dashboard. This is more flexible than mandatory renewal, provided the chosen setting is understood.

Useful transparency has limits

The product pages identify Optimal Balance Pharmacy and publish Eagle Analytical sterility and endotoxin reports. These are useful documents to inspect for the supplied lot; we have not independently authenticated every report or tested medication. A report about a sample does not establish treatment effectiveness.

We would be cautious about the pages’ suggestions that branded trial findings transfer directly to their compounds. FDA identifies claims of sameness with approved drugs as a warning sign and has reported dosing concerns with compounded GLP-1 products. Published testing does not make these products FDA-approved.
