Choose the clinician and pharmacy separately
Strive’s public site requires a licensed prescriber and directs patients to a provider directory. It also lists semaglutide/glycine/B12 and tirzepatide/glycine/B12 injections, refills and pharmacist contact tools. Those are pharmacy services, not proof of an all-in clinical subscription.
Ask your prescriber which Strive location will dispense the exact prescription, what the pharmacy charges and who handles monitoring. The clinical program and dispenser may have different cancellation, refill and support responsibilities.
