Choose the membership or the medication bundle first

The general service FAQ advertises $39 for the opening weight-loss membership month and a standard $135 monthly rate. The weight-loss FAQ describes care, coaching and insurance coordination but says medication is not included in that general membership. That care fee is not a semaglutide or tirzepatide treatment price.

The same FAQ separately advertises Doctor + GLP-1 bundles: semaglutide at $217 for the first month then $297 monthly, or tirzepatide at $349 then $449. These include care and prescribed compounded medication, with potential additional fees when a clinician selects a higher dose beyond the standard schedule. The legal policy also recognizes these combined programs. The general statement that medication is separate therefore cannot be applied to every Roen plan.

The FAQ lists these bundles, but its linked offer pages were unavailable when checked. Confirm the actual plan name, initial payment, renewal and any laboratory or other required charges before buying.

The $151 headline depends on a longer medication purchase

The weight-loss page attaches its $151 semaglutide monthly equivalent to a quarterly purchase. The FAQ describes eligible three-month offers starting at that equivalent for semaglutide and $216 for tirzepatide. Three times those figures is $453 or $648 in advertised medication-component arithmetic. It does not establish the whole initial bill, applicable dose or separate care obligation.

The FAQ also describes possible discounts on later membership months when a three-month supply is bought. We would not combine those promotions into a complete treatment total without the selected terms. Ask for the debit amount, prescribed supply and renewal arrangement together; the lower equivalent is not evidence of an ordinary one-month purchase.

Insurance coordination is not an assured low copay

Roen lists branded medicines including Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic and Mounjaro when clinically appropriate. Its team can prepare prior-authorization requests, but the insurer makes the coverage decision. The advertised as-low-as-$25 copay does not establish your drug benefit or final pharmacy payment.

The FAQ says an active weight-loss membership is needed for its continuing authorization support. It also excludes members using government insurance such as Medicare or Medicaid from the current weight-loss program. Treat that as Roen’s published participation policy, not a universal rule about all telehealth or cash-pay care. Check your plan and actual eligibility before joining.

The FAQ allows clinician-dependent oral options without establishing a particular oral product or price. That is a question to discuss during assessment, not a guarantee that a specific pill, injection or compounded preparation will be prescribed.

Wellness coaching and registered-dietitian care differ

The membership advertises a dedicated coach and secure messaging. The telehealth consent makes an important limitation explicit: the weight-loss coaches are not licensed dietitians, nutritionists, physicians or other state-regulated healthcare professionals. Their role is general wellness and behavior-change support, not medical nutrition therapy.

That format may be useful for accountability, but someone seeking specialist nutrition treatment should ask for the actual professional and appointment arrangement. Do not infer a registered-dietitian service from nutrition advice or the word personalized. Prescribing clinicians are a separate part of the care model; the coaching limitation does not mean no licensed medical care is offered.

Understand the refund before clinical review begins

The bundle FAQ promises a full refund if a clinician finds you ineligible, and another answer mentions a thirty-day satisfaction guarantee in that ineligibility context. The general policy instead says consultation, provider-visit and membership charges are nonrefundable. These documents do not establish an unconditional refundable trial or the exact amount returned under a selected bundle. Confirm the applicable exception and any retained charges before paying.

The prescription cutoff also needs attention. The policy says an order is nonrefundable once issued and filled, even while the pharmacy is preparing shipment; another cancellation passage says medication becomes final once shipped. Those are different stages. We cannot establish which wording governs a cancellation between them, and an undelivered package should not be assumed refundable.

Stopping renewal and pausing medication are different

Membership renews automatically for the applicable term until canceled. The policy directs members to cancel through Manage Membership before renewal, while the FAQ describes monthly billing and longer discounted options. Confirm the selected processing date and commitment rather than assuming every plan is a one-month purchase.

The FAQ says membership cannot be paused, although medication shipments can be delayed. It also says cancellation ends its authorization support, refills and ongoing monitoring. Arrange care continuity with the clinician before leaving; delaying a shipment does not necessarily stop the membership charge. Canceling a future renewal is also separate from obtaining a refund for an order already processed.

Ask who treats you and which pharmacy fills the prescription

The legal documents identify Roen Health, Inc. as the platform and name Bruno Health, P.A. with affiliated medical groups as clinical providers. A footer uses Roen, Inc., and a contact block uses Roen Health, LLC. We have not resolved those corporate descriptions or verified an individual assignment. Ask for the actual treating practice and clinician rather than treating a platform name as a license check.

The homepage advertises providers across fifty states and DC, but that does not verify access to every therapy at every address. The reviewed material does not establish the actual dispensing or compounding facility for a selected prescription. Request its identity and check the relevant current board record. The FAQ’s processing and delivery periods are estimates after approval, not an arrival guarantee or a substitute for pharmacy verification.

The policy permits additional diagnostic and other service charges. A complete GLP-1 lab allowance or fixed monitoring schedule was not established. Ask what is required, what existing results can be used and how any new testing is billed.

Read the FDA finding alongside the offer

FDA’s June 8, 2026 warning letter concerns RoenRx’s compounded-semaglutide promotion and pictured labels, including suggestions about approval and who compounded the medicine. The letter addresses those marketing claims, rather than assessing an individual prescription. We have not confirmed a subsequent FDA close-out.

Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved products. We would consider Roen only after the chosen formulation, complete bill, refund exception and care assignment are clear. Its advertised purchasing routes can be compared without treating a low equivalent as a complete price or general coaching as licensed nutrition treatment. We have not enrolled, tested support or received medication.
