Empower's patient instructions start with a prescription from a separate clinician. This pharmacy profile is excluded from prescribing-program rankings.
Our take
For Empower, start with the legal name and address of the facility behind your prescription. We would check its dated records and the actual pharmacy quote before deciding whether to use it.
The public pages reviewed did not establish a GLP-1 care-and-medication monthly price or the bill for an individual prescription. Confirm the preparation, quantity, pharmacy charges and refill terms separately from any prescribing-service fee.
Start with the clinician and the actual prescription
Empower's instructions start with your preferred prescriber sending a prescription. Ask the care team which pharmacy location will fill it, then use our pharmacy verification guide to check that location. The FAQ says its pharmacist cannot recommend a specific doctor.
Pharmacy and Pharma identify different roles
Empower's guide describes Empower Pharmacy as its 503A pharmacy and Empower Pharma as its 503B outsourcing facility. Its weight-management page also distinguishes patient-specific prescriptions from products for healthcare providers. Do not infer the source of your prescription from a general brand description or a claim about the wider network.
The dated records need a facility address
FDA's April 2, 2025 and September 18, 2026 letters to Empower Clinic Services, LLC dba Empower Pharmacy name the 7601 North Sam Houston Parkway West, Suite 100 facility in Houston. These are separate dated records, not two descriptions of one inspection.
An October 15, 2021 letter uses the Empower Pharmacy name at 5980 West Sam Houston Parkway North, Suite 300. A separate April 2025 letter at that address names Empower Pharma. Keep the addressee, address and date together when reading the history; a shared brand or date is not enough to identify the record relevant to an order.
A response entry does not settle current status
The September 2026 letter acknowledges earlier facility submissions. An empty response-link column therefore cannot establish that the company never responded. We have not established a later close-out or current compliance status for that record.
FDA's outsourcing table lists a June 2026 Response Letter for Empower Pharma. The agency describes that type of communication separately from a closeout. It should not be treated as clearing a different letter or assigned to the Pharmacy facility without matching the underlying record.
Match the product label and invoice to your own order
The weight-management catalog lists several formulations and dosage forms. A catalog entry does not tell you which preparation, concentration, usable quantity or facility your prescription will use.
