These are practical reasons to consider Belle, although a list of included services does not tell us how quickly a particular patient will get an answer. A low monthly figure still needs a complete quote

The general pricing page says longer supplies lower the monthly cost, but the public text we reviewed did not establish the supply length or upfront payment required for those two rates. Compare the amount due today, the quantity shipped and the renewal amount before calling either one a bargain.
Belle promotes cancellation flexibility, but its terms say subscriptions may renew automatically and prescription products cannot be returned or refunded once shipped. That changes the value of a bulk discount. Stopping a future renewal does not recover money already spent on shipped medication. For a first order, I would favor a shorter commitment unless Belle explains exactly what happens to an unshipped balance if the clinician changes or ends treatment.
The FDA letter deserves a specific answer
On February 20, 2026, FDA sent warning letter 721795 to Belle Health LLC dba Belle. The agency said product labels pictured on joinbelle.com implied Belle was the compounder when it was not, resulting in false or misleading representations and misbranding. That is the specific issue raised in the letter; it should not be inflated into a claim that FDA tested a patient's vial and found it defective.
Belle's current product page now expressly says it is not the pharmacy or manufacturer. That disclosure is useful, but it does not, by itself, establish that FDA considers the matter resolved. I would ask Belle for its response and the dispensing pharmacy's name before paying. Compounded medication is not an FDA-approved finished product, as Belle's own semaglutide cost explainer acknowledges. The support package earns Belle consideration; the purchase still needs more care than clicking the lowest advertised rate.
