Site position #53 · C
Strengths
- Names Empower, Drug Crafters and Boudreaux’s New Drug Store as pharmacy choices, subject to state licensing
- Publishes one-, three-, six- and twelve-month compound plans with the same price across doses
- One-month compound plans are $119 for semaglutide and $139 for tirzepatide, including medication, review, supplies and shipping
- Offers branded oral and injectable options through a separate membership model
Where it loses points
- The $83/$97 headlines require annual prepayment of $999/$1,168; six- and twelve-month plans ship three months at a time
- Brand-name medication costs are additional to the $49 monthly membership
- Excludes AK, AR, MS, NJ, NM, SD, WV and DC; pharmacy-specific restrictions also apply
- Initial review is generally asynchronous within 24–48 hours; renewal cancellation does not automatically refund a prepaid term
Site position #222 · C
Strengths
- Eight named microdose products across oral and injectable routes, each with its formulation published — a real low-dose line, not a smaller amount of a standard plan
- States its dose basis outright on the tirzepatide plan: "Same price regardless of dosage"
- Publishes what a "month" contains — both plans say "shipped every 4 weeks" on the plan card itself
- Names the treating clinical group in its telehealth consent: OpenLoop Health, Inc. and its state professional corporations
- Names both halves of the supply chain: OpenLoop Health, Inc. as the medical group and "Mycelium Pharmacy — our U.S.-licensed fulfillment pharmacy" as the dispenser — most compounded sellers name neither
- Puts the compounding caveat on the pricing page, not in a footer: compounded medications are "regulated by state Boards of Pharmacy, but are not evaluated by the FDA for safety or efficacy", with explicit thyroid C-cell tumor and MTC warnings
- Offers FDA-approved brand product — Ozempic from $1,399, Zepbound from $1,599 — for anyone who decides against compounded
Where it loses points
- The microdose page headlines "ZERO Side Effects", subheaded "Zero side effct for 70%+ of members" (their typo) — an unqualified claim no evidence supports, on a page that carries no safety notice at all — the thyroid C-cell tumor warning is on the pricing page, not this one
- ITS FAQ SAYS THE MEDICATIONS ARE FDA APPROVED. Asked "Are these medications FDA approved?", the page answers "Yes. We only work with U.S. licensed pharmacies that dispense FDA-approved medications" — while the footer of that same page says they are "not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality". A buyer asking the one regulatory question that matters is told the opposite of the truth
- TWO DIFFERENT BILLING CYCLES ARE PUBLISHED. The plan cards say "shipped every 4 weeks" — 13 charges a year — while the refund policy says the subscription "will automatically renew every 21 days", which is about 17. Which one your card sees is not knowable from the site
- The advertised $59 is a twelve-month rate — the banner reads "Lock In $200 OFF Every Month, or $59/mo on 12/month Plans — For Life". It names only that figure; the $99 tirzepatide card carries no such condition and says "Cancel or change anytime". Yet no standing month-to-month rate is published for either molecule
- A "month" is four weeks on both plans, so a year is 13 charges rather than 12 — about 8.6% more than the monthly label implies
- Six of the eight microdose products publish no price at all; the two that do both show $199/month regardless of formulation
- The semaglutide plan makes no statement about dose basis in either direction, so whether a low dose costs less there is simply unknown
- Two discounts stack — "$200 OFF Every Month" and a separate "$150 off for Life" — and neither reverses into a standing rate
- The results carousel is disclosed as "Inspired by real patient success stories in similar Telehealth programs", so those figures are not WellMedr patients
- The top bar advertises "FDA-regulated pharmacies" — a claim about the pharmacy, not the drug
- The pharmacy is named only in the privacy policy — not on the pricing page, the microdose page or anywhere a buyer would look for it
