- Twelve weeks is not three months. The renewal recurs every 84 days — 4.348 times a year, not 4 — while the advertised average divides one twelve-week prepay by 3. On Pallas's own published renewal terms the steady state is $2,596/yr (about $216/mo) on semaglutide and $3,900/yr (about $325/mo) on tirzepatide: roughly 8.7% above the advertised averages
- $139 and $179 are first-period rates only, and the sitewide "Up to $120 off your first month" banner is a discount, not a price
- Whether baseline or follow-up lab work is included or costs extra is not published anywhere, and there is no pre-purchase dose selector — so whether the price rises with dose, beyond the flat claim, is not published either
- Only two clinicians are named site-wide, and the footer's "Provider directory" link resolves to the section naming those same two. The actual prescribing network — Lion MD's affiliated professional corporations — is not published. NPPES confirms Dr. Carr's family-medicine taxonomy; the obesity and addiction medicine board certifications the site claims for her are not verifiable through NPPES and we did not check them independently
