- The advertised 'Plans start at $129/mo' is the 12-month prepay rate; true month-to-month is $199 semaglutide and $279 tirzepatide
- All 14 product cards advertise the same "from $129/mo", and on tirzepatide that price is purchasable at no tier at all — its ladder bottoms at $199, and only on a twelve-month prepay. It is unbuyable on both oral tablets too ($159 and $139 floors)
- Compounded only — no brand Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound or Mounjaro lane at any price
- The full-dose oral semaglutide tablet is no longer on sale — its card is hidden on the pricing page and /weight-loss offers 'semaglutide and tirzepatide injectables' only, leaving the microdose tablet as the sole needle-free GLP-1 route
