Lavender Sky Health

Graded #138 · C

Strengths

  • The treatment-plan pricing page publishes every pharmacy's full ladder rather than one headline figure, so the cheaper prepaid tiers are visible alongside the monthly ones
  • A genuine month-to-month starter plan exists with no prepay, and the cheapest of them is what is filed above — Southend for semaglutide, ReviveRx for tirzepatide
  • Compounded plans include the price of the medication, and shipping and supplies are stated as included
  • Both semaglutide and tirzepatide are offered, across roughly ten named compounding pharmacies

Where it loses points

  • This is a marketplace, not one price: every figure belongs to a named pharmacy on a named plan, and the pharmacy and plan have to travel with the number for it to mean anything
  • Most of the ladder is prepaid — Tier plans need 8-10 weeks up front and Extended plans 3-4 months — and only a handful of the pharmacies publish a month-to-month starter plan at all
  • Brand-name plans add a separate $25 monthly treatment-plan fee and explicitly do not include the price of the medication; only the compounded plans include it
  • No price appears on the homepage, and the pricing page is the only place the ladders are published
  • Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved finished products
RxPepsDirect

Graded #140 · C

Strengths

  • Every component of the price is published on the site — the vial tiers, the flat visit charge and the flat overnight delivery — so the all-in monthly cost can be worked out before ordering
  • No subscription and no commitment: you pay per order, and one visit charge covers up to three peptides on the same prescription
  • Real 503A telehealth Rx — licensed NP/PA prescribers under medical director Dr. Jonathan Snipes (NPI 1821250077), dispensed by Optimal Balance Pharmacy, Texas Board #34829
  • Independent batch COA testing by Eagle Analytical (FDA-registered, A2LA ISO 17025): 54/54 sterility and endotoxin passes published publicly
  • Ships pre-reconstituted by FedEx overnight with syringes, alcohol wipes and a reusable cooled travel case included

Where it loses points

  • The advertised vial price is not the monthly cost: a flat $39 medical visit charge and $15 flat FedEx shipping land on every order, and the visit charge recurs on every reorder rather than once
  • Higher doses need more than one vial a month and the site publishes no price for the dose you titrate up to, so the figure above is a floor
  • Minimal clinical oversight: a roughly two-minute asynchronous intake, no live video consult, no labs required and no published dose-escalation monitoring
  • No LegitScript certification, and the company was founded in 2026 with no public track record or outcomes data
  • Only 28 states and DC — California is excluded, along with most of the Southeast (AL, AR, GA, MS, NC, SC, TN, VA)
