The verdict

JRNYS takes it — 62.5/100 to 61.7/100, but only just.

JRNYS grades higher on WeighScore, our editorial score across cost value, dose & formulation, clinical oversight, labs & monitoring, fulfillment and contract terms. JRNYS is a telehealth weight-loss membership built around branded GLP-1 medications, and the membership itself buys no medication. Curve is close behind and may still be the better fit — see the factor split below.

We may earn a commission if you start care through some of these links, at no extra cost to you. It never moves the WeighScore, which is the weighted average of the six factors shown for every provider, and what we write about a provider is the same either way. See our disclosure.

Graded #289 · C

Strengths

  • Offers both compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, with every dose priced the same so cost does not rise as you titrate up.
  • LegitScript-certified (seal #51079066) and names both its 503A compounding pharmacy, VialsRx, and its provider network, Beluga Health.
  • Transparent tiered pricing with a real month-to-month option; consultation, medication, and free expedited shipping included, no membership.
  • Available in all 50 states with same-day provider review; no insurance needed and HSA/FSA accepted.

Where it loses points

  • Very new (2026 launch) with a thin track record; the site still shows a Webflow template credit and a leftover Cora reference in its Terms.
  • The cheapest headline rates ($99 semaglutide / $135 tirzepatide) require a 12-month prepay; true month-to-month is $175 and $225.
  • Both product pages currently display an out-of-stock status, so availability may be inconsistent.
  • Compounded medications are not FDA-approved or therapeutically equivalent to Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, or Zepbound.
JRNYS

Graded #271 · C

Strengths

  • Branded, FDA-approved GLP-1s — Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound, Mounjaro and Saxenda — rather than compounded copies
  • The membership band is published before intake and is banded openly by level of coach support
  • Medical visits, daily monitoring and 1-on-1 coaching are included in the membership at every tier
  • Led by CMO Dr. Henry Legere (UC Berkeley, Columbia medicine, Harvard fellowship)
  • Members with commercial insurance may pay around $25 a month for the medication after any deductible

Where it loses points

  • The membership is overhead, not a medication price: it covers visits, monitoring and coaching, and the FAQ says medication pricing is confirmed only after a provider consultation
  • No self-pay drug price is published anywhere, so the cost of a month cannot be worked out before signing up
  • The best case depends on commercial insurance coverage; without it the medication cost is unknown
  • No compounded option is disclosed — the programme is brand-focused, and brand list prices are the dearest route to a GLP-1
  • The states it can prescribe in are not published
