- The terms disclose a separate Weight Management Program Membership Fee, charged periodically on top of the plan and revealed only during checkout — it appears on no product page
- The terms also state recurring fees are charged in advance without seeking any additional authorisation
- Service is Texas-only, so nothing here is available to a reader outside that state
